Great Room. Great Price. Great Staff. Free Parking! YES!
Pros:

Free parking. Great choice of good teas. Good Coffee. We needed a light bulb changed and they immediately responded and voila! A new light bulb was brought to the room.

Cons:

Ice machine at the Inn part of the complex wasn't working. However, a staff person was walking by when I was attempting to extract ice and he volunteered to go over to the main hotel and bring back some ice. Wow!

Great stay with a beautiful view supported by a fine staff.
Pros:

Room 401 had a great view of downtown Portland yet the suite windows were surrounded by trees making it feel private. Having parking was also helpful. I hope to come back again.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that could be better.

Staff was lovely. The fresh cookies are delicious.

Cons:

Night time is a little peculiar. Homeless people and drug addicts awake and roaming throughout the streets in the wee hours of the morning. I guess that’s downtown Portland?

Perfect location, friendly staff
Pros:

Perfect location for the art museum. It was great to have complimentary tickets to the Japanese Gardens.

Beste Unterkunft bislang auf unserem Trip!!

Alles! Sehr sauber, die Putzfee war den ganzen Tag unterwegs ! Es gab Tee und Kaffee und selbstgebackene Cookies🥰
Und Sheryl ist ein Engel👼 Beste Betreuung auf unserer bislang 3 wöchigen Roadtour!!

Cons:

Da wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen, wurden wir leider beide Tage durch sehr laute Geräusche draussen( Baufahrzeug? Müllabfuhr? Laute Autofahrer?) ab 4:30 geweckt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es dann besser.

I loved that the property was in an ideal location. Pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go

Since we were in town to work and did not spend much time in the room it served our purpose and was reasonably priced

It was close to the main highway

Cons:

It’s very dated and the room had a funky smell.
It really needs to be remodeled. I just couldn’t relax there. Very dark and old.

Its proximity to our activities at Providence Park and crystal ballroom was excellent!
