Pros:

Lage in der Nähe des Washington Park. Sehr ruhige und saubere Gegend. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!

Cons:

Zimmer für 4 Personen und Gepäck etwas klein aber für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend.

Clean, safe, great location
Pros:

Location was great, the free parking was a deal breaker for me, almost all other hotels downtown charge 40-60 a night for parking. The room was clean, reception lady was very nice, Polite and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really. Was very happy for what I paid.

Couldn't be more satisfied with our stay!
Pros:

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in all year. The room smelled fresh and the parking was near to our room. Every person we met on staff was friendly and kind. This will be our hotel everytime we need to travel to Portland.

Very lovely stay
Pros:

When we arrived, the comforters for both rooms were both stained and dirty. It could be from old use until we found multiple strands of hair . Too much that it was concerning. We called the front desk to ask if they could replace the sheets as we had to leave quickly for dinner plans. They asked to send pictures . Coming back, the new sheets were simply left to the side of the beds, also being heavily stained, without the initial ones being changed out.

Parking is a joke
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

That parking situation was terrible and complicated. Either you park on the street and risk being towed, or you park in a student lot (their overflow parking that isn't even marked as such) but have to move your car before 9:00 a.m. or the students will block you in for the day. THAT is the "free parking" they advertise. But, if you are lucky enough to score a spot in one of their two lots then you shouldn't move your car for the entire stay. There is also a long narrow strip of angled parking behind the building, but to get out of it you have to back all the way down the lot and to the street while trying not to back into the other cars and the hotel wall and stairs that you are sandwiched between. After spending an emotional day and evening at the ICU I just wanted to get into my room and sleep. Fortunately I brought a wagon to haul my things from the two blocks away I had to park. My room was on the second floor with no elevators. The pictures are misleading, the beds are uncomfortable, you can't block the bright lights from outside with their blinds, and the rooms are tiny.

Great location in Goose Hollow
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, full size fridge and decent kitchen. Worked very well for out stay, walkable to Washington park, 23rd, and downtown. And you really can’t beat the free parking.
