Very comfortable and wonderful staff!
Pros:

I use a cane and one of the times I came back to the room from an outing, my key card wouldn't work. But after the outing I was in a lot of pain and very tired. I called the front desk and they brought me up a card and helped me. Absolutely the most helpful, pleasant and thoughtful staff.
They also brought me up a luggage cart when I was leaving, I was very grateful to them. All in all just the best hotel staff I've encountered in a very long time.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location…short easy drive to West Edmonton mall as well as other shopping. Very friendly employees. Room was a good size, with a number easy access charging places for cells, iPads etc.

Cons:

The room was a little dark, with an obstructed view. Breakfast could have had a little more selection and it was a little cool.

It was ok
Pros:

The breakfast is always really good. It's what brings us back here. The staff is always pleasant and it's a pretty good value.

Cons:

The shower didn't have a fan so it was very damp feeling and no way to get fresh air. The tub drained so slowly that it was like Ibwas having a bath and shower.
