Pela segunda vez que tenho problemas para me hospedar no hotel. Alguns funcionários tem falta de boa vontade em resolver nossos problemas.

Cons:

Reservei um quarto de luxo e no dia da minha hospedagem parte do hotel estava sem energia, me cobram na ala qie estava sem energia em um quarto simples que nao foi o que reservei, enquanto os quartos de luxo que foi o que reservei estavam na ala com energia. Paguei o valor de um quarto de luxo.

Não gostei muito do atendimento do balcão. Tinha uma senhora do plantão noturno que foi um pouco ríspida diante de uma duvida referente à chave de acesso ao quarto que precisava ser codificda sempre que eu saia do quarto, mas é justo considerar que essa dificuldade foi superada pelo atendimento EXCELENTE do atendente da tarde sr Adenílson. Esse merece elogios pela forma que representa o hotel e com atenção ao cliente hóspede.
