Mochila olvidada , mochila desaparecida
Cons:

Me dejé una mochila de mi hijo en este hotel y nadie me llamó ni nadie se puso en contacto conmigo , los he llamado , me ponen en espera y finalmente me cuelgan , era una mochila muy característica llena de juguetes por lo que sé que se la han quedado ellos

la primera noche se activó la alarma de incendio a las 5 a.m. y tuvimos que salir fuera del hotel. Fue muy incómodo y lo peor es que parece que fue una falsa alarma.
