Superb . Great location, really good food with generous portions and very friendly and professional staff.
Pros:

Great location for travel by road or rail. Spotlessly clean in all areas with an exceptional cleaning team who took real care. Plenty of car parking and a great atmosphere in the bar with very friendly staff. The owners cook the food so high quality and with its own twist. Proper continental breakfast so really good value.

Friendly, staff, comfy accommodation and generous food all at a good price.
Pros:

Great place to stay - handy for railway lines to Weymouth and Bournemouth/Southampton and London. My room was lovely - large, very clean, very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Tea & coffee making facilities, along with biscuits and a couple of bottles of water - very welcome. The pub is across a courtyard and is very friendly - the staff are young, friendly and fun! Obviously a place used by locals too. Good choice of beer/lager on tap as well as bottled drinks too. Food is very generous and of a good price - the Club Sandwich is huge but so tasty. The continental breakfast was lovely - fresh coffee, tea, meats, cheese, cereal, toast, croissants and pastries. Plenty of choice. Note - no cooked breakfast - this is mentioned in the room information. No hesitation in recommending The Frampton Arms if you need a restful night in the area.

Cons:

Small niggle - maybe wipe the tables in the bar a little more often, but this really is only a minor thing and in no way a deal breaker.

Pros:

Breakfast was standard no frills continental.
Location is against a busy road and opposite a rail station yet it was quite in the room.
Had a court yard room on a summer night so beer garden custo.ers were sitting outside room door till late.

Very good. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back again.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Cons:

The address didn't say Moreton. It said Dorchester where we thought we were staying. The main road was a slight irritation but appreciate that can't be helped.

Great value for money
Pros:

Rooms were lovely and very clean. They looked like they had been refurbished recently. Found the corridors to the room and restaurant floor needed a good hoover and clean. Food in the restaurant was excellent with good portions. Service was also great.

Cons:

Communal areas such as restaurant floor and corridors and stairs to rooms needed a clean i.e. hoover and mop on the hard floors. Glasses for water in the restaurant didn’t look clean.

Pros:

For the 'pub with rooms' sector, this is exceptional.
Plenty of space in the car park, and only a short walk to the room.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was spacious, and the AC worked very well; proper through-wall AC unit, which was an absolute godsend during the heatwave.
Location was great for the Bocington tank museum and the Mill House Cider Museum.
It was even easy to find, being right next to the railway. And despite being right next to the railway, it's a quiet line with virtually no traffic.
Shower worked great at both pressure and temperature.

Cons:

Shower head could do with replacing; limescale had obviously taken it's toll.

Netter Zwischenstopp (inkl. Abendessen) auf unserer Rundreise durch durch Cotswolds und Südküste.
Pros:

Ein uriges Original auf dem Land. Guter Ausgangsort für einen Trip zur Durdle Door und die dortigen Strandbuchten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war recht überschaubar - was bei einem solchen „Landgasthof“ aber nicht unüblich ist.
Lediglich die Sauberkeit von Besteck und Geschirr müssen eigentlich besser sein!
