Pros:

Ничего, мы в отель не попали. Хотя была бронь на букинге, администратор позвонил в день заселения и сообщил что мы не сможем проживать у них, так как случился сбой в программе и номера были забронированы другими людьми. Когда я ему сообщила что не красиво так спекулировать, пообещал что найдет нам вариант на замену. И конечно же вариант на замену не был найден. Опять обманули. Хотя видели, что мы должны быть с детьми. Но в этот день был концерт Рики Мартина и наши номера скорее всего были перепроданы по завышенной цене другим людям.

Cons:

Все не понравилось. Не рекомендую отель так как не порядочный персонал.

Персонал на ресепшен, удобная кровать

Cons:

Месторасположение неудобное в частном секторе, рядом ни аптек , ни кафе.
Номер очень изношенный: поцарапанные грязные стены, ковролин в пятнах, держатель для душа сломан, не работает полотенцесушитель, пододеяльник меньше самого одеяла и безумно грязные занавески в пятнах, которые не стирались несколько лет.
Завтрак тоже не понравился: выбора практически нет..

В отеле работает очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Сотрудники всегда вежливы, готовы помочь и быстро реагируют на просьбы. Чувствуется доброжелательное отношение и забота о гостях, что делает пребывание более комфортным и приятным.

Cons:

Завтрак, к сожалению, не очень понравился. Выбор еды был довольно ограниченный, ожидалось больше разнообразия. Некоторые позиции быстро заканчивались и не всегда пополнялись вовремя. В целом, для утреннего приёма пищи не хватило ассортимента и свежести. Надеюсь, в будущем меню станет более разнообразным и продуманным.

Atitudinea personalului.

Cons:

Cotația corectă este de 3 stele nu de 4.
Lucrurile sunt învechite, în cameră te întâmpină un miros de hotel vechi care face rabat la capitolul curățenie.
Acceptabil însă pentru o singură noapte.

Буду розглядати для наступних подорожей як варіант
Pros:

Чудова локація , тихо в номері і на вулиці , гарний сніданок але технологічна ікра на мій погляд зайва , професійний масаж .

Cons:

Якість білизни , рушники вже втомились , ковдра важка , подушки можуть бути кращі .
