Неплохой отель в целом, но не соответствует заявленной ценовой категории
Pros:

Персонал приветливый, вежливый

Cons:

Не работал лифт на момент заселения, были некоторые технические трудности в самом номере, нельзя было регулировать температуру кондиционера

Pros:

Приехали на три дня, но настолько понравилось, что решили продлить наше пребывание. Очень доброжелательный персонал — здесь действительно чувствуешь себя как дома. Отличное расположение: центр города, при этом тихо и спокойно. В отеле есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Адміністратор який почув нашу розмову, одразу перейшов на українську.

A good option for a short business trip
Pros:

The room is clean and quiet, the bed is comfy and the hotel has AC, so you won't melt during the summer. Personnel is helpful and friendly. The distance to the airport is about 8 km, so it takes about 25 minutes to get there unless in rush hour (I recommend Yandex as the cheapest option).

Cons:

The breakfast could be better, however, the coffee is surprisingly good! The spa is an extra (even the sauna).

Pros:

Struttura bellissima accogliete pulita è la seconda volta che torno vi sono stato tra il 6 e 8 dicembre scorso. Lo consiglio vivamente. Questa volta ho fatto un massaggio di un ora sono stato deliziato dalla professionalità della massaggiatrice che mi ha fatto riscoprire anche muscoli che non ricordavo più di avere.
Ve avrò bisogno di tornare a Chisinau tornerò sicuramente al Grand hotel Bernardazzi.
