Totally awesome
Pros:

Amazing service. Staff were most friendly. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very clean, great facilities and staff. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. Would definitely stay again

Everything was very good except the bathroom too open for family use.
Pros:

Very clean and the room was good except that the toilet was separate from the shower was a bit usual. The bathroom is only covered with curtain, it’s perfect for couples but a bit difficult when you have family.

Pros:

Heerlijk, zeer goed onderhouden hotel. Zeer modern en zeer vriendelijk personeel! Vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt zit op loopafstand.

Pros:

地理位置很好，去乔治市主要景点步行可达，打车也方便，周边有24小时营业的7-11便利店。迷你吧每天都会补充饮料和零食。无边泳池虽然不大，但没什么人，看海很棒，还可以看到槟州大桥。客房服务人员总是笑容满面，令人愉悦。

Cons:

前台比较冷漠，面无表情。我们三人入住，加床（沙发床）居然没有提前准备好，这种情况在四星五星的酒店里还是第一次碰到，打电话给前台也只会说尽快，等了好长时间也不来，反复催才过来，影响了我们的作息。

Expensive stay
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. It is a beautiful building and the facilities available were decent.

Cons:

The design of the room was strange. The shower cubicle is entirely transparent making it awkward even with the curtains. Breakfast was just okay and the room service was very ordinary. Finding the lift to the pool was quite a task.
