Cons:

Manque de chaleur de certains membre du personnel: redresser la tête de son ordinateur quand un client entre, dire bonjour le matin au PDJ, sourire. Rien d’extraordinaire mais cela fait la différence. Sauf FDC, très souriante et aimable.
