Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Ottima posizione a metà tra aeroporto e centro, vicino a stazione metro.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Recentemente rinnovato.
Atmosfera familiare.

Cons:

Camera rumorosa perché vicino all'ascensore. Scrivania piccolissima occupata da bollitore e lampada.
Bagno relativamente piccolo con la porta che non si apre completamente e scontra sul lavabo.

O bote bem localizado, próximo tem um supermercado, o metrô está próximo, tem tbm um restaurante A GALINHA, que serve um bacalhau maravilhoso, mais cuidado as porções são exageradamente imensas.

Cons:

A área do café da manhã é muito pequena, qdo chegou um grupo grande foi uma loucura tomar café nos dois últimos dias que estive no hotel, faltando tudo de mesa a talhares.

Disappointed that they would not work with me to refund some of my money

Cons:

Would not refund me for 8 days we did not stay! It was due to emergency surgery and unconfirmed departure date. I mentioned this upon arrival, that I might need to check out earlier to depart back to Canada. However I understood that I would be charged an extra night cancellation fee. However they would not refund any money for the 8 day early departure.

City Hotel Imperador - Highly Recommended for Bussiness and Conference Travelers
Pros:

The stay at Imperador Hotel in Lisbon was truly outstanding. I chose hotel Imperador again, after the excellent stay attending conference in July. The location is perfect, with excellent connectivity across the city—being close to Saldanha metro station (red line) and São Sebastião station makes it incredibly easy to reach any point in Lisbon quickly and conveniently.
The hotel itself is impressive, in a beautiful location with amazing architecture. The high-quality building provides excellent soundproofing and thermal insulation, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The heating and cooling systems work perfectly, creating a very pleasant environment.
What stood out the most was the staff and people that work there. The reception team was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Their care and attention to guests are truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional.
I also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as the well-maintained flowers on the terraces, which add charm and elegance to the property. The business facilities are well-suited for business travelers, making it an ideal choice for work-related stays.
I will definitely choose Hotel Imperador again on my next trip to Lisbon, and I would highly recommend it to all travellers visiting Lisbon, whether for business or leisure trips

Personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Ottima posizione (metro a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi) comoda per raggiungere sia il centro storico sia l'aeroporto con la linea rossa. Zona tranquilla. Stanza pulita e con tutti i comfort.
