A really special hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Gorgeous room. Everything well considered. Loved the chocolate macaroons that welcome you on the table, the colors are welcoming, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the size of the room is great.

Great hotel to stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Very beautiful hotel! The room was very spacious and comfortable and we loved having the private sauna on the balcony. Very central location and walking distance to popular food spots.

Great location, nice rooms
Pros:

Location was excellent in Kyoto, you could walk to many places and it was well connected with busses and the metro. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice amenities in the rooms and comfy beds.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing - the breakfast room was super busy and did not feel like a relaxing start of your day.

Amazing, definitely recommend!
Pros:

Fantastic clean and comfortable room, kind and helpful staff, good location and it's cool that the hotels are within the bigger good nature ecosystem with a variety of restaurants and shopping in the same building

Cons:

this is very nitpicky but the sheets on the beds were always loose

Pros:

Rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The in room coffee was amazing.

Cons:

While the gym was nice, it was small. Also, the wait for elevators were long at times.

Everything - this is a great hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Easy to get anywhere you want to visit. The hotel itself is incredibly calm, clean and relaxing. The rooms are extremely comfortable and private. Would happily stay there again.
