El aseo a las habitaciones es terrible, en el turno matutino. No limpian absolutamente nada, la misma basura y las mismas manchas en el piso pemranecieron por días. Solo un día e hicieron el aseo en el turno vespertino y fue diferente.
Location
Adult pool was closed, gym was under renovation moved to a random room. This wasn’t listed when we booked.

The staff were rude when I first got there and when I left. I felt like I wasn’t being payed attentions to. The First Lady gave me attitude when I first came and when I left, I had a different lady. I gave her the key and told me there was drop box at the end but she said it with an attitude like she didn’t want to take the key from me. Very expensive hotel for the service that I got.
Staff was rude and didn’t seem welcoming, windows and bed . seemed dirty there was a stain on sheets.

Piękne pokoje, świetny widok z pokoi, super kosmetyki w łazienkach, super przechowalnia bagażu- bardzo profesjonalna.

The Hotel location is superb for visiting the city: right in front of the sea port village and just in front of the trolley station. Can not give a full 10 out of 10 because too many renovation works for high season.
There were rennovation works ongoing causing some minor inconvinients. The main pool on the 2nd floor was closed and the one on the 4th floor was overcrowded.
Also we booked a room with bay view however due to manteinance works on the hotel facade there were two ropes hanging on the windows all the time durung our stay. This was a bit unexpected considering the extra money for the view. Also from 9:00 to 17:00 workers used those ropes so it was suggested from the hotel to keep the curtains closed!
Our long stay was during high season (1st Aug half) which is a bit odd period for an hotel to rennovating.
