Cesme’de mukemmel hizmetli bir fiyat performans oteli
Pros:

Hizmet ve personelden cok memnun kaldik. Herkes cok guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Alanlar ferah ve gayet yeterliydi. Odamiz ve tum tesis cok temizdi. Cok huzurlu hissettigimiz bir tatil oldu, tum personele tesekkur ederiz :)

Overall great experience with excellent cost-performance. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Cleanliness of rooms and facilities - either recently built or recently renovated. Complimentary breakfast. Cabanas by the water with ample availability. Last but not least, staff’s helpfulness and professionalism, especially Onur and Aylin!

Cons:

It’s far from main attractions of Cesme and Alacati. Beach is rocky so if you are in pursuit of gold sand beaches of Aegean Sea, then this might not be the best find.

Very disappointing. I left within 10 minutes and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience. I checked in, but after spending only about 10 minutes in the room, I decided to leave because the conditions were unacceptable.

Cons:

I booked a two-night stay (3-5 July), but I checked out almost immediately after checking in. The room had a very unpleasant smell, and the bed sheets and towels also smelled bad. There was no light on the balcony, making it completely dark at night. Although the outside temperature was around 35°C, the room's central air conditioning was locked at 27°C and could not be adjusted. I asked the staff to change my room and requested a fresher, more comfortable room, but they refused, saying no other room was available. As a result, I left the hotel within 10 minutes and lost the full amount I had paid. This was a very disappointing experience.

Pros:

The pools were beautiful, clean, and offered amazing views. Throughout our stay, the Guest Relations Manager was very attentive and contacted us via WhatsApp, making it easy to communicate any requests directly. This personalized service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Although I contacted the hotel in advance and informed them about my dietary requirements, we experienced repeated mistakes and inconsistencies throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always had good intentions, but unfortunately, they did not seem to have the experience or knowledge to handle special dietary needs professionally. If you have food allergies or any other health-related dietary restrictions, it can be frustrating to repeatedly explain your requirements and still encounter mistakes.
Another downside was that the hotel's rules and procedures were not clearly explained on the first day. A proper introduction upon arrival would have helped avoid confusion during our stay.

Another point to mention is that access to the fitness center is through the spa, so it only opens at 10:00 a.m. This limits access for guests who prefer to work out earlier in the morning.
