Aussicht des Hotels, Hotelanlage inkl. Pool, großes Zimmer, Frühstück war ok

Cons:

Personal leider unsympathisch außer eine Servicekraft beim Frühstück; Toilette bzw. Bad hat sehr stark unangenehm gerochen, vermutlich aus dem Rohr.. Zimmer sind nicht schalldicht, man hört alles von Nebenzimmern.. starker Zigarettenrauch/-geruch auf dem Balkon.. Daher keine No Smoking Areas auf den Balkonen, trotz No Smoking Zimmer

Waren auf der Durchreise für 4 Tage in dem Hotel und es war ok

Goede bedden.

Cons:

Dit is absoluut gaan vijfsterrenhotel.
Je ziet links en rechts het verval intreden.
Het restaurant is zeer slecht gemanaged (zowel de keuken als het personeel).
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk maar zijn het engels matig of totaal niet machtig.
Google translate is een absolute must.

J’ai aimé la piscine et la belle vue sur la me

Cons:

L’accueil à notre arrivée était très décevant. Personne n’était présent pour nous accueillir, nous aider avec nos bagages ou nous accompagner jusqu’à notre chambre et nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l’hôtel. La propreté de la chambre était également catastrophique. Plus généralement, le service de l’hôtel et l’attitude du personnel n’étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était exactement le même tous les jours, avec très peu de variété. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un niveau de qualité et de service nettement supérieur. Ayant beaucoup voyagé et connaissant les standards d’un véritable 5 étoiles, nous avons trouvé que l’établissement était loin d’être à la hauteur de cette catégorie.
