Einmal und nicht wieder. Würden wir auch nicht weiterempfehlen wenn man uns fragt
Pros:

Der Innenhof vom Restaurant. Wobei ich mir von dem Restaurant mehr versprochen habe.

In der Sauna hatte man seine Ruhe, da nicht viel los war.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war seinen Preis nicht Wert. Standard bis auf die Wildsalami und Wildschinken.
Das Schwimmbecken ist sehr gut Fotografiert und in Real wesentlich kleiner.
Das Becken war nicht geheizt, sondern kalt. Weswegen meine Frau es gar nicht benutzt hat.

Für einen halben Tag gab es keine Toilettenspülung, was sicher passieren kann wenn die Technik streikt.
Aber keine Information an die Gäste, kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Stattdessen wortlos ein Plastikeimer und das auch nur auf Nachfrage. Sowas zählt bereits als Reisemangel.

Wenn man ein Comfort Zimmer bucht ist man für den Preis schon sehr enttäuscht.
Es ist hier leider wie in so vielen Hotels auch üblich Sonntags diese schrecklichen harten Aufbackbrötchen zu reichen.
Personal war angemessen freundlich.

We would stay here again
Pros:

The outdoor area was great. We had it all to ourselves for hours. Also the English speaking member of staff made us feel very welcome… it made a huge difference to our stay

Pros:

Zimmer sauber. Super Frühstück und Service. Pool und Sauna. Schöner Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Wellnessbereich hat leider nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. 21 Uhr wäre super, da in meinem Fall, ich erst ab ca. 19 Uhr Feierabend machen konnte.

Außergewöhnlich - ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder.
Pros:

Ich hatte dort einen kleinen Unfall - und bekam im Hotel super gut und schnell geholfen - man hat mich sogar in die Klinik gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Ich musste dann leider abreisen - bekam im Hotel alle Hilfe die man sich nur wünschen kann. Es war einfach außergewöhnlich - wie toll man mich unterstützt hat.

Cons:

Ich wüsste nichts, was man hier noch verbessen kann. Service ist unschlagbar, das Frühstück war ebenfalls total lecker. Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Es passt einfach alles.
