Unfreundliches Personell und qualitativ schlechtes Essen.
Cons:

Leider hatten wir mehrfach Kontakt zu unfreundlichem Personal und fühlten uns mit einem Kleinkind in diesem Hotel nicht willkommen.

Am Pool gab es beispielsweise nur noch freie Liegen unmittelbar vor der Musikbox, wo wir uns wegen der Lautstärke mit Baby nicht hinlegen wollten. Daraufhin haben wir den Mitarbeiter am Pool freundlich gebeten, um diese Liege an einen anderen freien Platz schieben zu dürfen. Der Mitarbeiter am Pool wies uns harsch ab und hat uns keinerlei weitere Beachtung geschenkt. Erst als ich daraufhin an der Rezeption das Verhalten dieses Mitarbeiters ansprach, durften wir eine Liege versetzen. Auch im Restaurant schien unsee Kinderwagen zu stören und das, obwohl wir schon extra in einer Ecke Platz genommen hatten.

Das Essen ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig und die Auswahl und Qualität waren enttäuschend.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber man merkt, dass das Hotel iin die Jahre gekommen ist. An vielen Stellen müsste mal renoviert werden und im Restaurant regender es sogar von der Decke herein.

Wir können dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Worst hotel arrival experience
Pros:

The room was clean and nothing more !

Cons:

Despite having a confirmed Booking.com reservation, reception initially said my reservation did not exist. I waited almost two hours before I could check in because of the hotel's internal procedures. I was directed to a parking area far from the hotel while travelling with my 6-year-old child after an 800 km drive. During the delay, heavy rain flooded the area, causing additional expenses and inconvenience. The hotel should improve its check-in process and provide clear parking information for arriving guests.

Pros:

Хороший отель,номера и ресторан с панорамным видом на город и море,высокая кровать с хорошим матрацем, чистота , приятная зона у бассейна, было тихо!

Cons:

Нет сейфа и чайника! Старые полотенца!

Починить душевую (лужа на весь пол в ванной после душа 5 мин), вымыть плесень, так как это неприятно и к тому же вредно,

Размещение на 8 этаже с прекрасным видом на море и ресторан на последнем этаже с красивыми видами, достаточно хорошая еда, удобное расположение, приятные работники

Cons:

Плесень в душе и течет душевая, на ужин при размещение полупансион нельзя взять простой чай, это как то странно и очень не комфортно, так как за ним нужно спускаться на улицу, думаю что чай не какая то шикарная привилегия и включить его в ужин не составило бы труда и больших затрат, нужно заменить ершик в туалете, выглядят плохо

Mancarea gustoasa, aproape de plaja, camerele spatioase.

Cons:

Era praf pe anumite zone ale mobilierului in camera si pe receptorul de la baie, prin sertare nu era curatat. Asa am gasit cand ne-am cazat si pe toata durata sederii acel praf nu a fost sters.
Unii dintre angajații bucatariei nu foloseau manusi si cei care foloseau schimbau sacii de gunoi si apoi reveneau la mancare.
