Pros:

Отель не новый, но номер не плохой. Вид из балкона хороший. Хорошие тематические ужины.

Cons:

Интернета в номерах нет, только в холе, у рецепции. Хочешь в номер, купи. Платить нужно за каждый телефон. Как для четырёх звезд, не дотягивает. Чайника нет, утюга нет, попросила иголку с нитками, тоже нет😊 Завтраки слабые.

В целом отдых оставил хорошие впечатления, но есть моменты, над которыми отелю стоит поработать.

Самым большим разочарованием стала еда. Ассортимент действительно большой, но большинство блюд показались невкусными. Для детей выбор совсем небольшой — по сути, только пицца и картофель фри.

Бассейн чистый, но территорию вокруг него можно убирать более тщательно. Номера убирали каждый день, кроме последнего дня пребывания в отеле: даже мусор не вынесли, не предложили свежие полотенца и элементарно туалетную бумагу.

Персонал старается, но хотелось бы больше позитива, доброжелательности и ощущения, что нам действительно рады. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудников на ресепшене — очень приветливые, доброжелательные и всегда готовы помочь. Самому отелю ещё есть куда стремиться в плане качества сервиса и питания.

Das Badezimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden, die App versprach kostenloses Internet, aber vor Ort musste man 2,50 R$ pro Tag bezahlen 😒 Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Abgesehen davon war aber alles in Ordnung.

Înainte de a efectua rezervarea am studiat recenziile din anii trecuți și am avut unele îndoieli, văzând unele comentarii negative cu privire la calitatea preparatelor ce erau servite la masă, calitatea serviciilor de curățenie, a lifturilor, a obiectelor sanitare, curățenia și alte aspecte.
Afirm cu toată sinceritatea că aceste comentarii erau răutăcioase , venite din partea unora care sunt pretențioși, dar care nu știu să folosească săpunul și prosopul.
Am observat preocuparea celor care coordonau activitatea de cazare, dar mai ales la masă, de a avea grijă ca totul să fie aproape perfect. Întreg personalul se concentra pentru a creea confortul maxim pentru client, pentru turistul care indiferent de nație, a venit să se simtă bine.
Poate că eu nu aș fi observat în detaliu toate acestea, dacă nu studiam înainte acele recenzii negative.
Am remarcat în mod deosebit felul în care își făceau treabă cele două surori gemene de la bar, se putea observa pasiunea și plăcerea pentru munca lor, știind să comunice cu turiștii în orice limbă.
Felicitări !
Merg în această stațiune de 14 ani, de două ori pe vară, având cazare la principalele hoteluri, dar la nici unul, indiferent de clasificare , nu am găsit programe TV românești, cum am găsit aici.

Cons:

Poate că este deranjant faptul că se percepe taxă pentru WI FI, dar pănă la urmă suma este derizorie, că folos că la alte locații netul este gratuit , dar funcționează prost.

Horrendous stay with a child. Serious health and safety concerns for children.

The beds were comfortable enough and we had a lovely view of the sea from our room

Cons:

Extra charge upon arrival for a cot for one year old to sleep in. Extra daily charge for wifi per device. Disgusting mouldy highchairs with food left on them from the previous evening. Absolutely disgusting.
Upon arrival, ordered a cappuccino and the bar lady poured another customers drink away and proceeded to make my drink in the same dirty cup. Didn't have a single drink whilst staying here as that is disgusting.
Staff extremely rude apart from the odd member and despite several attempts to find a resolution to serious complaints regarding the health and safety for children at this hotel, they have just continuously ignored me. They don't care at all about customers safety or wellbeing. Absolutely disgusting.

Mycket bra frukost, middagen var hyggligt bra. Det som inte var bra är att det inte ingår Wi Fi på rummet.
