Una famiglia di albergatori che riesce a farti sentire a casa anche quando non lo sei.
Pros:

Innanzitutto, la cortesia, la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la solarità del/dei titolari della struttura. Giá dal nostro arrivo, ci hanno fatto sentire "a casa" per le attenzioni che ci sono state rivolte: massima cordialità e simpatia.
La possibilità di avere il posto auto riservato (e comodissimo) esattamente davanti alla struttura é un plus non indifferente vista la prossimità al Ponte tibetano di Claviere che é molto attrattivo (soprattutto nel fine settimana).
La pulizia della camera, ma cosí come di tutto l'hotel, é tangibilmente minuziosa ed accurata.
La colazione è varia e abbondante, inoltre, presenta tutti prodotti fatti in casa e particolarmente buoni e di elevata quantità.
La nostra richiesta di poter avere anche prodotti senza glutine e/o lattosio é stata tempestivamente soddisfatta e senza il minimo problema.
La posizione dell'hotel é fantastica per qualsiasi tipo di attività si voglia intraprendere.

Accueil très chaleureux dès notre arrivée par les propriétaires qui sont d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles et de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région.
La chambre était très propre, bien entretenue et la literie confortable.
Le petit-déjeuner varié avec des pâtisseries faites maison qui changent chaque jour. Un vrai plus qui montre l’attention portée aux clients.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Clavière, Montgenèvre et les magnifiques paysages des Alpes italiennes et françaises.

I gestori sono disponibilissimi e molto simpatici.
Il posto è molto pulito, stanze rinnovate da poco, comodo da raggiungere e le stanze hanno tutte la vista sulle montagne di fronte.

perfect we had a lovely view of the ski resort from our balcony and cosy warm rooms
Pros:

we enjoyed our breakfast crossiants toast cereal cakes teas and coffees nice breakfast room then only had to go down the slopes to get to the sci resort staff were very friendly and helpful and you could park right outside the door as we drove

Cons:

nothing we enjoyed our stay it was just perfect for what we needed thankyou
