Mooi hotel, goede locatie
Pros:

Erg schoon en comfortabel hotel. Ruime kamers en dichtbij het strand.

Cons:

Ze bieden alleen valet parking aan voor 60 dollar per dag, erg duur en je hebt geen andere keus als je een huurauto mee neemt. De restaurantjes die bij het hotel horen zijn ook erg duur.

Cons:

1. Unusual wait time with one elevator in use, “E.”
2. Housecleaning didn’t clean our room the day after our arrival; was on hold with Guest Services and Housekeeping for a good half hour (even tried calling from my cell directly to the hotel without success.
3. During our stay, the room was not vacuumed, replacement of toilet paper and tissue box was just left on the bathroom sink.
4. There was a sizable water bubble on the wall near the bathroom tub, which eventually released the contained water.
5. The sliding doors need lubricants because the doors were very hard to open.

Other than that, our stay was good. We are repeat customers because we love this hotel and have staying here for years. But this last visit left us disappointed, standards below what we have come to expect from this hotel.

Cons:

Big brown smelly stain on the middle of the room,very dirty hasn’t been cleaned in some time,the door wouldn’t close all the way so had to use the chain,thought it couldn’t get any worse but it did,I received a notification saying the smoke alarm had gone off while we were out of the room,$500 u.s plus taxes to cover that,not happy seeing we don’t smoke/vape,definitely a scam they have to make up for there cheap prices

We love staying at Twin Fin. The staff are amazing too! (Mae and Emerson are the best! -Front Desk)
Pros:

Beach front and close to everything. The VIEW from our ocean front/beach front balcony. We can watch the Friday night fireworks and breath taking sunsets…

Cons:

The elevators can use a little updating.
