Great location , perfect for families
Pros:

The location was superb, across the road from the best part of Waikiki beach and only ten mins walk to the main part of Waikiki shopping

The location was good.

The rooms- bathrooms are really old and outdated.
We made sure before we booked that the rooms are connected and they confirmed it. And somehow at the check-in, they said only the ocean view rooms are connected noting that they didn’t mention anything about it before. They wanted us to pay for the upgrade even though THEY confirmed that they are connected…The manager reaction was very rude and not helpful at all. It seems they don’t care about their customers satisfaction and let our family with 3 kids have a good time together.
They made our experience really bad.

I also stayed at the Alohilani hotel during this vacation and it was beautiful.

It had a good location

Cons:

The pool area was very overcrowded and loud. The water in the pool was dirty. The patio doors in the bedroom did not close properly and we could hear all the noise from the street. The doors and windows are all extremely old.

The breakfast was very good and the menu is never the same. The housekeeping was very well respectful in my room was clean every single day with no problems.
