Thanks for treating the Sr class trip kids so nicely and the great room with ocean view.
Pros:

I panicked when I realized I hadn’t looked to see a detailed message they had sent in app. The night before departure I realized my 18 yr old didn’t have a credit card for check in, FYI the room name, ID card and at least a debit with visa logo all in same name! Everything turned out and he had a great time. A bus ride from airport is $3 a short walk compared to $55 uber.

It is a dated stay, but great location and ocean view.
Pros:

Location, view, cleanliness, fitness center and food at Tikis restaurant. Nice TV with multiple channels available for viewing. The room service staff is excellent.

Cons:

The carpets, the paint, the sliding door to the balcony were all dated. The air conditioning was not working well enough for our needs so the room stayed warmer than we preferred. Street noise was unbearable when SUVs with loud audio equipment blasted their way.

Place is a dump had mold and water damage in room stayed an hour checked out hotel refused to refund me offered me another room just as bad even the hotel staff agreed the place is bad general manager refused any type of compensation had to book a last minute reservation at Hilton vacations resort great place stay there not this dump

Would stay again!
Pros:

Spent 3 nights, post cruise. This was a 5 star stay (not a 5 star hotel, but a great stay). Room was properly sized, clean, comfy, and the view from the balcony as awesome. Staff and location were perfect. Would stay again!

Falsely accused of smoking Marijuana in my room and charged with no warning. We were not smoking and we're not the only people complaining about being charged. Seems like a scam. Also spent weeks before arrival attempting to reach your front desk not even central reservations team could get through. We were trying to purchase amenities for the group leaders of the school group we joined. Also tried renting a car, but no help
