Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗で清潔に保たれていましたし、朝食も種類が豊富でとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

駐車場が先着順なので、車の場合は早くつかなければ停められない点。今回は最後の1台でギリギリで停められましたが、事前予約かできればありがたいです

満足感は期待値以上！
Pros:

全体的にとても満足度の高いサービスでした。こちら側のトラブルにとても丁寧に対応して頂き、大変助かりました。
部屋や朝食ビュッフェの内容はもちろんのこと、ホテル独自の部屋着や大浴場の前のアイスキャンディーなどもとても良かったです。特に部屋に備え付けのエスプレッソマシーンは感激しました。美味しかったです。また、口コミにあった海鮮お刺し身を海鮮丼にして食べるというのをやってみました。とても、美味しかったです。食事は全体的に満足です。また立地に関しても、歩いて直ぐに食事にいけるし、札幌には3駅で行けるなど、とてもよかったです。

Cons:

今回、3人で宿泊しました。2つのベッドは良かったのですが、1つのソファーベッドはソファーの上に置いてあるクッションがソファーよりサイズが大きくて寝ている間にずれておちそうになってしまい、大変でした。サイズが合うものをセットしてほしかったです。

2. 침대가 편안함
3. 직원분들이 친절함, 한글 안내문 있음, 와이파이 빠름
4. 오후 2시전까지 방 내부에 버튼으로 청소 거절 및 재요청을 할수 있어서 편함
5. 삿포로역, 스스키노, 오도리 등 거리가 좀있으나 5분정도 걸어가면 지하철 역이 있어서 이동은 나쁘지 않았음
6. 엘레베이터가 3개임

Cons:

1. 객실 뷰는 호텔 위치상 좋지않은 듯, 다른 층은 모르겠지만 우리 객실은 벽뷰 였음
2. 데스크가 2층이라 정책상 엘레베이터가 내려가던, 올라가던 무조건 2층은 멈추게되어있음 은근 귀찮음
3. 어떤 엘레베이터가 멈출예정인지만 표시되고 몇층인지 나오지 않음
4. 객실 크기가 애매해서 캐리어 2대 두면 이동에 살짝 불편함이 있음

Pros:

這次3個大人+4歲小孩住聯通房，房間很大，很舒服；隔音也很好不會聽到什麼聲音，二樓接待大廳很寬敞。早餐在一樓，自助餐品項很多，可以自己煮拉麵、炸物很好吃、甜點也很不錯。

Cons:

汽車停車位很少，晚到一點就沒有位子了，大車也沒有辦法停，要去停外面的特約停車場，不是可以多次進出的，只能抵一次停車費。

Pros:

Location, a short walk to Susukino area. Plenty restaurants/bars around hotel. Very clean and decent room size. Onsen and sauna is quiet. You can check onsen crowd from room TV update. Breakfast is excellent. Air-condition during summer is cold.

Cons:

Hot water at the basin is not enough, turns cold after a while. But the shower hot water is fine.
Breakfast last entry time is 9am, last call is 9.30am. Need to reserve and pay for parking, the fee is 1900Yen for 12hours. Hence, you can't remove your car to go out for dinner and park back.
