Clean, modern and excellent value for a long stay.
Pros:

Great place for a long stay and fantastic value. Clean and modern and good air conditioning. Free laundry facilities and kitchenette were great.

Cons:

Odd location - not many facilities nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Close walk to Tiergarten station which was good if you have a transport ticket.

You won’t regret staying here

Great stay from beginning to end 🌟
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay here recently. The room was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were always welcoming. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options to choose from. I'd happily stay here again.

Great property but service needs improvement leaps
Pros:

Renovated lavish feeling hotel with great amenities and location

Cons:

Staff was uncoordinated, and unresponsive overall. Many issues raised but left addressed, such as where to place our luggage in the room, cold during night, no blinds therefore waking up very early in the morning, toilet radio not working, long delays to find a table for morning breakfast.
