Supreme Hotel Baku

I and my husband had in July this year a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel had a good location, the room u clean and the breakfast good, the reception staff were always friendly and helpful.

at the reception. He was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. His positive attitude made us feel truly welcome.
We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were polite and helpful, rooms are comfortable, interior style is nice. There is a supermarket nearby despite of location in an industrial area.

A big shout-out to the reception staff! The moment I entered the property, I was greeted with a pleasant smile—unlike at the Marriott Baku Boulevard. It made me wonder why I didn't book a room here in the first place. While the location is a bit far from downtown, the cleanliness was good, and there are lots of RESTURANTS and shopping centers nearby. Everything else ticks all the boxes.

I stayed during a business trip and I couldn't have picked a better place for the experience. The hotel was extremely clean, quiet, well-organised, and very comfortable throughout my stay.

The room had everything I needed, and the bathroom was fantastic. Another major point for me was the Wi-Fi quality, especially because I was travelling for business, and the Wi-Fi was phenomenal — reliable, fast, and exactly what I needed for working during my stay.

The staff were excellent from start to finish: polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff were also lovely — one of the ladies kindly gave me extra waters and was very attentive. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Saida, who was fantastic and went above and beyond by helping arrange a partial refund for extra days I had booked but did not end up using.

Overall, this was a great experience. I will absolutely continue staying here on future visits to Baku, and I would also be very happy booking this hotel for my employees and business guests. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night after our flight was cancelled. We just needed something convenient, but this place actually turned out amazin!
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when our flight on the next morning was cancelled again, we were allowed to return to our room until regular checkout time and have breakfast.
Breakfast buffet was really good, rooms are large and with very comfy beds. They also offer plenty of amenities.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.

The hotel facilities were well organized, and the overall atmosphere felt safe, quiet, and high quality. I also appreciated the attention to detail in service and cleanliness standards. Despite staying only one night, the experience was very positive and left a strong impression.

This was my second stay in Supreme, they improved their servises. They become more comfortoble. The staff is georgous. Location is very close to airport and toExpo center.
