Uma excelente estadia em Chaves
Pros:

O Hotel estava bem localizado. Considero que o pequeno almoço era muito bom e variado. A sala onde era servido o pequeno almoço era original, com o chão em vidro para podermos observar os achados arqueológicos. O quarto era confortável e moderno.

Cons:

Não gostei da almofada, pois estou habituada a almofadas mais baixas.

Conforto, limpeza irrepreensível, localização e simpatia e atenção focadas no cliente. Excelente serviço de pequeno almoço. O meu destino sempre que for a Chaves.

Cons:

Algum condicionamento de acesso à zona da esplanada exterior fora do horário do serviço do pequeno almoço. Sendo o único espaço exterior do hotel. eventualmente poderiam criar um controlo de acessos mais funcional a esse espaço de forma a permitir uma utilização mais alargada pelos seus utentes.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, The location was town centre Ideal for our trip, parking was good for motorcycles outside the front door, breakfast was excellent as much as you can eat right up till midday.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, mesmo no centro da cidade e muito próximo do rio, o que torna tudo facilmente acessível a pé. Os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos, prestáveis e acolhedores, contribuindo para uma experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo este hotel a quem procura conforto, boa localização. Uma boa relação qualidade/ preço.
