I loved the location easy walk to the city. Swan River, transport was easily accessible and used. The staff were amazing, in particular the young gentleman who greeted me and allowed an early check-in and understood without a word that getting to Perth whether East Coast or international that it's long flight and a chunk of the day gone. He was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. A big thank to him 😊 Sally
I can't fault my stay or the accommodation. I've stayed at Ibis Hotels throughout Australia, and it's always been a positive experience.

Not very close from grocery and liquor stores. The only shop near by was IGA.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
On checking in I was handed a leaflet with all the important facts about breakfast times, location of the gym and WiFi etc.
It’s a very modern hotel and I had a good sized room and big walk in shower. They provide shower gel and shampoo. There are lots of plug sockets in the room, kettle, fridge, iron and a safe.
Breakfast was amazing with a wonderful selection both hot and cold with pastries. Two things sealed it for me, the fresh coffee and the different types of fresh bread.
From the receptionist, housekeeping and restaurant staff everyone was friendly, helpful and very polite.
The only missing was onsite laundry facilities.

Good location, close to the swan river and Elizabeth quay. Bus stop close by with plenty of buses available to access the city. Great value for money with pleasant staff on arrival
The room had a foul smell as soon as I checked in- like mould and vomit. I found the bathroom to be unclean and had broken ammenities including a warm fridge and an air conditioning system that didn’t work.
The staff were super lovely, the check in very accommodating as requested 2 rooms interconnecting which was great. We were in Perth for a wedding and needed access to assist family to get ready.
Happy hour was great with special deals and cocktails pina colada for the ladies. Breakfast was fantastic with much needed coffees after the event.
The rooms were small but we managed. However the disability bathroom was great.
Comfy bed. Sound proofing was great we couldn't hear the cars in the street
Iga right across the road was a help for snacks
The location was nice, and good price for the area. The rooms were cleans, and the facilities were well taken care of. The rooms were also very quiet.
The breakfast was okay, but a bit pricy for an Ibis. There weren't a lot of options, but the staff was friendly. The lobby had a little food section, but there weren't drinks or good options if the jet lag really hits in the middle of the night.
