Wonderful experience.
Pros:

Clean, presentable. Staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast included.
Convenience of Foodies Market IGA across the road.

Cons:

The toilet did not have a toilet brush.
Initial booking through Booking.com didn’t say no parking, though staff very helpful on arrival. Cost of secure day/overnight parking at Shoppe at Langley Park was a little expensive at $40pd, but was hassle free to use.

Location and decot

Cons:

Food trays were left in hallway for two days uncollected. When i complained it still took 6 hours to collect them. Unacceptable practice for a quality hotel. Duvets too hot for the temperatures.
