Pros:

Very comfortable place in a good location

Cons:

Not a lot of amenities in the rooms kitchen and cooking wise so we did have to spend more than I would have liked on take out and restaurant dining.

Great hotel and location to match
Pros:

The facilities are great nice bathroom huge comfy bed a hop skip and jump to the IGA open till 9 a 24hr deli 1 street away the beautiful Swan River a 5min stroll away the waca is across the road and Perth CBD 5 min in a bus.
