I really enjoyed the proximity to the shopping center.
Cons:

The pillows were like hard rocks. I asked the cleaning staff if a flat soft pillow was available and she said that she would ask house keeper but I heard no more about it. I used a towel as a pillow for the night.

Good hotel because close to chadstone shopping centre

Luxurious, great location hotel
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and good size for our stay. I do like the sensors on the lights.

Cons:

The toilet paper was very budget for a luxury hotel. The lighting was hard to use and work out to turn off. Maybe some instructions on use.
