The room was clean and well laid out. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast was phenomenal
The noises at night were very loud - the traffic outside and the neighbours were screaming at each other outside our room at 1:30am.

Rooms were nice had a suite
Very disappointed that we spend over $1000 for a night and we did not even get a bottle of water beside the bed this would cost nothing especially having a suite really disappointed

Excellent location right next to the mall for food and shop. They have friendly staff and amazing breakfast buffet.
Beautiful fixtures and fittings in room. Nice breakfast. Loved the theme throughout and the lobby and library.
Shower was old dirty and weak water flow. One member of staff was very rude on front desk. Poor service there. Also got woken up in my sleep at night by persistent phone call asking me if I had ordered some take out food which I hadn’t. Not sure how this mistake gets made? Couldn’t go back to sleep. Not impressed.
I didn't actually make it to breakfast as my colleagues in China had a 'public holiday catch-up day's today. I'll have breakfast next time.
The bed was probably the let down overall. It was a fairly pricey night but... what isn't expensive these days.
