We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, the storage was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and definitely worth the price.
The only downside was the drinking water. There was no complimentary bottled water, and we didn’t feel comfortable drinking water from the sink. Having to pay $7 for a bottle of water felt quite unreasonable. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed our experience.
The beds were very comfortable.
None of the QR codes worked around the pool to order food and drinks. The pool area needed a little TLC.
The crome cast in the rooms did not work, staff were very helpfull. We had to move to another room and the crome cast didn’t work again.

I loved the bed and in the in room dining. I loved the buffet breakfast..
I would have liked a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower . That's just personal preference, having the option. The shower pressure of the lower shower head was not the Greatest, the pressure of my home shower shower is stronger .
I couldn't get the room temp right ,but that could have been because of my body temp( hormones, TMI)
Access to movies on the TV would have been good. I was having issues with my phone to Chromecast.
Very clean and comfortable room. The location was great for everything we needed.
Toilet paper could have been better quality.

The location was good, close to the shopping centre and easy to access parking and Uber. Staff were also friendly.
Check in was a bit messy. Room was not ready despite it being 3pm. Shower in the room was not very hot, with the water pressure also quite low.
The tv just refuse to connect to my phone
Breakfast hot section was poor bacon was over cooked and the eggs the same. Choice of dry breakfast was excellent service was 👌
Bed was to hard and for the money room was small
Breakfast was the best buffet I've had to date. Would go back just for that.
