A localização. O hotel é ao lado da estação de trens e ainda sim, muito silencioso. E está a duas estações de metrô do Porto.

Très bien pour la chambre et le rapport qualité /prix
Restauration plutôt basique
Superbe Hôtel, mais les chambres font légèrement vieilles par rapport au prix (exorbitant pour un ibis).
J'ai adoré le hall d'entrée : ambiance, décoration... j'y ai passé du temps.
A coté de la gare : parfait !! j'avais mes examens de licence à l'université AmU donc j'étais en 5 minutes à mon université.
Douche agréable.
Personnel de nuit très sympathique, celui de jour, moins.
Aucune brosse de toilette ?? Bizarre, j'ai du en demander une. Sdb un peu petite mais fonctionnelle.
Certains egents d'accueil étaient froids. Aucune salle de travail en dehors de heures ... de travail ? Elles ne sont disponibles que lorsque les gens sont dehors la journée........ J'étais à Marseille pour des examens, une salle de travail ouverte le soir aurait été plus qu'apprécié, dans un autre Ibis de Marseille nous pouvions y avoir accès en soirée en Janvier.
Proximité de la gare.
Climatisation nettement insuffisante. En période de canicule, la nuit où la météo annonçait 26º (donc dehors), j’ai ouvert la fenêtre : il faisait plus frais que dans la chambre ! Je m’en suis plaint à l’accueil : on m’a menti en disant qu’un technicien viendrait. J’ai passé tout le séjour dans la chaleur. Sans frigo dans la chambre, ce qui est un comble pour un hôtel qui annonce trois étoiles.

La climatisation a moderniser dans la chambre.
Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L'hôtel est propre. Le personnel est accueillant et jovial.
Le climatiseur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. J'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit avec la chaleur alors que l'appareil était bien réglée. Pour une chambre à 168 euros 3 étoiles, c'est inadmissible. Je suis choqué.
Nice and close to the train station so was great for a stay for overnight while in transit.
There is no fridge in the room, it was pretty hot and the tv didn’t work
Rautatieasema oli tien toisella puolella,joten ihan unelma sijainti sen puoleen. Viihtyisä baari. Aamupala oli tosi kattava ja hyvä.
Jos meni vähän kauemmas hotellista niin oli levoton meno. Palattiin pian takaisin hotellille.

Petit déjeuner clos à 10H00 (11H00 aurait été mieux!). Du coup nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner, bien que payé, mais non remboursé!
Le bruit provenant de la fenêtre de la chambre 406 donnant côté gare. La partie supérieure, au niveau de l’ouverture, ne se fermait pas complètement sur le cadre, laissant un interstice Cet espace laissait passer bruillament le son du nettoyage à haute pression du trottoir du côté de la gare, effectué après minuit...

Room was quite small and lacks some basic amenities like room refrigerator.
Staff at hotel’s restaurant was having issues in sharing ice cubes (who doesn’t allow to take ice cubes to the room)
