Staff were not trained, took 25 mins to wait inline while they checked in 1 other person. The towels were so thin and grey they were ready to be used to mop the floor

A part le manque de balayeteete WC, non équipé, pb de maintenance et chambre un peu exiguë, pour le reste, ras.
Avantage, hôtel à proximité Gare, un atout.

L’emplacement au pied de la gare St Charles et du métro
L’accueil du personnel, l’absence d’information pour rejoindre la chambre, trouver et utiliser les ascenseurs. Aucune proposition pour prendre un petit déjeuner, une absence totale de relations clientèle.
La proximité gare - le confort et la propreté de la chambre - la convivialité du bar / espace détente - bon repas et restaurant en terrasse très agréable - personnel au petit soin pour le restaurant et les séminaires
Chambre côté cour intérieure bruyante (cris des sdfs / livraisons camions) - la télévision ne fonctionne pas du fait d’une panne dans tout l’hôtel (non avertie au Check in) - wi fi insuffisant - les odeurs d’urine dans l’allée extérieure - peu d’informations au Check in voir pas du tout (quel ascenseur prendre ? Quand libérer les chambres ? Heure des pdj .. offre de restauration.. aucunes explications à mon arrivée)
