Staff were friendly BUT...
Staff do not answer emails, phone is disconnected and now I know why. I stayed for all of 2mins. My room was full of bed bugs and the mattress looked like atleast 7 diff people had soiled it. (Photos to follow)
I had to leave as it was almost midnight when I booked in and find a new hotel. I havent been given my refund as they do not answer emails or requests.
One slight problem was resolved straight away.
We arrived later on a Saturday evening the bar was busy the music and singer was amazing. We settled into our room. Was clean and tidy and well appointed for the price.
The staff were wonderful as were the locals with conversation and joy.

The beers on tap were 1 pound cheaper than other hotels. So I had to buy more
Basic clean room above the pub. Friendly staff, easy check in and plenty of parking and at a good price for the 1 night I stayed. Would stay again if in the area without hesitation.

Very cosy, pub downstairs was nice and welcoming. Room was big and bathroom was up to date. Music was turned off at a reasonable time. Location is perfect with Tesco, Aldi, Home Bargains, Farmfoods and Heron Foods a walking distance.
Cleanliness could’ve been a little better, table was falling apart a little, bit of mayhem outside the pub at 2am Saturday but can’t blame the hotel for that.
