Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, goede schone Kamer met goede douche met warm water, zeker aanrader als je niet aan het strand wil zitten maar toch in buurt van restaurant op wandel afstand. Zou zeker weer terug gaan.

Beperkte parkeerplaats voor auto's smalle ingang,

Pros:

Very clean, great facilities. The staff are very accommodating with a warm and kind attitude. Only a few minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants/bars. Definitely would stay again

Highly recommended for travelers looking for a more affordable option
Pros:

Even though it is quite far from the beach, the place feels very comfortable and the staff are amazing. Motorbikes are available for rent, there is an on-site pool, and you do not need to worry about home-cooked meals as they are also available.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
Pros:

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Panagsama Beach/main strip, which I typically prefer. House was very spacious for the 3 of us. AC very cold in the bedroom, clean shower with great pressure. Place was as very clean and loved having the pool just outside our door. Breakfast was solid, nice to be able to rent motors directly from them, and staff very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy/mini-mart as well as a nice French cafe within 10min walk.

Cons:

Did have an issue with our motor going out of battery the 2nd day we had it and needed to be picked up near the main strip. Also, it said room would be cleaned daily and wasn’t cleaned until after our 2nd night and asking for it to be cleaned.

Pros:

Personnel au top qui nous a recommandé des activités, qui a réservé pour nous un tuktuk pour le retour.
Les chambres sont comme des petites maisonnettes, très agréables et très propre.
Petit déjeuner inclus, piscine très agréable.
Location de scooter possible directement auprès de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas excellent mais cela fait l’affaire d’autant plus qu’il est inclus dans la prestation.

Staff were absolutely great and so helpful. They helped us with everything we needed which included getting our bike sor

Such a warm welcome from the staff at Kojie , the room was ideal and the location was good we also spent a lot of the time at the pool which was really nice. The breakfast was also delicious.

Top!
Pros:

Clean, comfy, people that cared and could help with organizing everything around my stay! I loved my stay there, and also important - it's just a few minutes away from the loud party "district" or Panagasama beach, which mattered to me - didn't want to hear loud music till late night.

Een super verblijf voor weinig geld in Moalboal!
Pros:

Het was hier zo leuk! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De accommodatie ziet er tiptop en gezellig uit en je hebt je eigen veranda. De kamers zijn erg goed onderhouden en schoon en de douche was de lekkerste die we in de Filipijnen hebben gehad. Ook het zwembad is fijn. Het is iets verder van het centrum maar met 20 min lopen ben je er!

Endroit idéal pour un court séjour à boalboal.tres bon rapport qualité prix .
Pros:

Chambre simple mais propre et confortable.personnels très bien. Emplacement à proximité de tout mais prévoir de se déplacer en scooter ou Tuktuk .
Le petit truc en plus , c’est la piscine à disposition.

Cons:

Le guest house et positionné en bord de route , du coup c’est hyper bruyant. Prévoir de réserver les chambres les plus éloignées .
