駅近でチェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズで特にチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらって助かりました　朝食も美味しかったです

地點方便，但是房間空間挺小的，每層樓都有提供飲水機和製冰機很加分。
Pros:

1. 地點就在梅田Yodobashi上，相當方便，下樓就可以直接到商場購買，累了就可以上去休息，所以非常方便。且位於高樓，晚上看出去雖然我們的房間窗戶面向的位置沒有很漂亮，但是梅田地區高樓林立，所以晚上還是有夜景可以看。
2. 每層樓都有飲水機和製冰機，這點很方便。

Cons:

1. 雖然地點方便，但是上下飯店的電梯需要有好幾段，要先從1或2樓到飯店大廳，再從飯店大廳前往自己的樓層，樓下商場的電梯更有時間上的限制，早上和晚上後無法使用商場電梯回飯店大廳，所以沒有想像中的方便。
2. 洗衣/烘衣機太少，晚上洗衣服時大排長龍，房間提供即時洗衣機訊息根本沒有用，到現場時很多人在排隊，所以看房間的訊息根本沒用。

Short and simple
Pros:

Great location, but it is located literally steps away from Osaka station, which can make things confusing if visiting the first thing. Hotel is very big and clean though. Nice bathroom too.

Cons:

There is only self service laundry machines, and only like 6 machines for a huge hotel with so many people, very not convenient to be honest, and the machine itself is not good at drying. The room is small, yes Japanese hotels got small rooms but still, a little too tight if you have more than 2 luggages.

Love this place
Pros:

When we stayed at a 3 person universal unit. It was amazing. The 2 person (1 queen bed) was quite small. Especially after all the shopping. The staff is also overly amazing. I love the location to Osaka Station and to the massive shopping center downstairs.

Cons:

I wish there were more washer/dryers but it was nice to know that it's not as busy at 3AM.

Location, cleanliness and the room is bigger compared to the usual sizes of hotels in Japan
