Pros:

Good location, not far from the station. Room was small but what you pay for. Checking in there was a 30min wait in line which wasn't ideal and the laundromat was always busy which was annoying. Staff were otherwise good but this is very much a franchised version of a fast food restaurant

Great location. Very tiny rooms
Pros:

The location was great as a tourist. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms are very tiny. There is no place to even open your luggage for access other than lying it, opening and closing it on one of the beds every morning and evening. We had three large pieces of luggage for a two week vacation.

Huge shopping area and transportation system
Pros:

Very good location, huge shopping area dawn hotel with a lot of restaurants, very good transportation direct access to Umeda station where you can go everywhere, by train, metro or buses,

Cons:

To busy, to many people at the lobby and in the lifts.

Pros:

朝食が良かった。梅田の駅前。どこへ行くのもアクセスが良い。

Cons:

ホテルの入り口に迄が結構遠い。出かける時もいきたい所をしっかり確認していなくて人の流れに乗っていたら迷子になってしまった。

ベッドが柔らかくて寝心地良かった。家で寝る何倍も質のいい睡眠でした。
枕が凄くいい枕

Cons:

便座の水滴や風呂場の毛など細かい汚れが残っていたため水回りは使用前に軽く掃除する必要があった

If we ever visit Osaka again, we will definitely choose this hotel!
Pros:

This property is in a very convenient location. With malls and restaurants downstairs, we could easily grab a bite to eat without stepping outside on rainy days. The rooms were quiet, and we slept well. Some staff spoke English, which was very helpful!

Cons:

We stayed in connecting rooms and hoped the doors between them could be shut by the guests whenever necessary.

Hankyu Respire is an all-in-one hotel. Shopping mall, restaurants, convent store, close to trains.
Pros:

Sorry I'm not a breakfast person. But I do enjoy that there are 2 Starbucks locations as well as many restaurants at the lower floors of the hotel. Many locals dine there.

Cons:

Honestly, there is nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. Ive stayed here numerous times. Rooms, restaurants, shopping, close to train station is a plus in my books. Will continue to stay here.
