Pros:

The room was comfortable. Pool was clean. Visited the area with 2 kids and we also enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at the buffet were friendly and courteous.

Not worth the price....but it's right off the freeway
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but it might be time to purchase a toaster that cooks both sides of the bread...lol The AC worked, so that was a plus and most important, the room was clean.

Cons:

The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was like sleeping on a piece of cheap foam. The staff weren't very helpful with giving directions on getting around or suggesting things to do in your cute little town. It was almost like they were annoyed with having to interact with me. Oh well...at least they opened the door for me.

Pros:

We loved the amazing staff! We had stayed one night, and my daughter had lost her earrings & just in the same day they had called us to rearrange a pickup time, or mailing them back! Amazing customer service, friendly, and a quiet relaxing inn. Would stay again. Thank you Kaley, and the other amazing staff.

Overall happy with the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was situated near downtown and cal poly which was nice for us. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast was nice.
