Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Mixed signals: several mentions of 'chambre propre' and 'Clean' but a serious report of bedbugs and an uncomfortable plastic mattress topper lowered the score.
Service
10
Consistently praised: multiple comments describe the reception and breakfast staff as welcoming, top-notch, very helpful and irreproachable.
Location
9.4
Frequently noted as well located / convenient (emplacement, 'Bien situé', 'Bien ubicado'), within walking distance to town for some reviewers.
Room Quality
5
Several reviews highlight very small rooms and an uncomfortable bathroom layout; one mentions a plastified mattress topper, reducing room comfort.
Amenities
7
Limited mentions: bar closes early with minimal seating (negative), otherwise standard Ibis amenities implied but not extensively detailed.
Value for Money
8.7
Generally seen as good value ('rapport qualité prix' and recommendations), supporting a positive perception of price vs. quality.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly described positively ('petit déjeuner varié', 'sympathique', 'conforme à Ibis') and staff serving breakfast praised as impeccable.
Overall Experience
7.8
Not explicitly stated as a category in reviews; reflects a mixed overall impression—very good service and location but issues with room size and an isolated bedbug report.

Pros:

Pros:

The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bar closed at 11 pm—minimal seating area in the bar. Would not recommend.

Pros:
