Unsatisfied to say least
Pros:

Was very disappointed in our stay. I chose this hotel after reviewing several hotels in area. Our room had mold on the ceiling, which we did not realize until next morning since we got in late. When I brought it up to front desk there was severe lack of empathy or concern in the issue. Was told a manager woukd contact me which never happened. The hall ways were also pretty unsanitary, unclean, and even dog poop and ashes in the stairway.

If it’s somewhere you just need to crash at night the it’s fine. The value for me was proximity to my daughters .

The breakfast was excellent with lots of options and great quality food.

Cons:

There was an indoor pool on site but despite the fact that our keycards were able to open the door, the pool was empty with no way to fill it.

Good location. Bad hotel management.
Pros:

The location is convenient.

Cons:

There were homeless people camped at the parking lot. The hotel is old, carpets smell, elevator is bumpy and vandalized. The bedroom chair was stained. It can be noisy at nights. It’s two blocks from a strip club.
