Central et confortable
Pros:

Parfait pour un départ en croisière: localisation à la sortie du train, très central, grandes chambres, wifi très rapide

Cons:

La ventilation pourrait être meilleure. Quand même mineur comme désagrément. Je retournerais au même hôtel si c’était à refaire

Location great, wouldn't stay again due to the beds, there's lots of other hotels in that area.
Pros:

Meals on an evening were tasty and the service was good.

Cons:

The beds weren't compatible at all. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel the metal under the mattress, if you could call it a mattress, my dogs bed is thicker.

Perfect for night before cruise.
Pros:

It was a one-night stay. Walking distance to McDonald's, shops, and, the ship we took for cruise. Easy 5 minute walk.

Nice & comfortable hotel - close to docks
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonably priced and children ate free so we didn't need to worry about them wasting anything we had paid for. The location was good as I had asked for a window room to the docks and they gave us this, we could see the boat we were going on. The room was big enough for all of us and very comfortable

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel or our stay

This hotel is perfect for the cruise ship port it’s a 5 minute drive to the terminals it’s a perfect location

Overall we had a pleasant stay,
Pros:

The check-in and out were quick a efficient and the staff were friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel was good with easy access to town and the cruise ports.

Ample parking available but this is charged for.

The bed was large and comfortable.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, though fans are available, and whilst this was not a problem as the weather was not hot it may be an issue in high temperatures.

There is an over bath shower which is not my favourite configuration but was adequate.

I would say overpriced.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and busy.

Often not enough of them present. ie Bar! and Friday morning breakfast.

Good location for cruisers.
Pros:

Nice location for pre- and post-cruse stays (we had them both in January and May), walking distance from both the train and coach station. Helpful staff. Elegant bright decor.
