Excelente opción cerca del puerto
Pros:

Ubicación: a una cuadra de la estación de tren y a cuadra y media del puerto para tomar el crucero.
Personal: atentos, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante.
Desayuno: variado.

Pros:

The staff and cleanliness of the hotel was a great quality. The location gave accessibility to most amenities in the area.

Cons:

The only thing that was a downer is the fact the rooms were not air-conditioning...and the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, bathroom hazardous for seniors!
Pros:

Clean. Very clean. Staff is very friendly not matter their position.

Cons:

Bathroom tub & shower is a HUGE SAFTY issue especially for seniors. Tub bottom is inches above floor. Inside edge of tub is curved. Stepping out requires a two hand approach with one on the towel bar at the end of the tub and one hand on the tub. Water spills out onto the floor during shower. Adding to HAZRD potential.

Our stay at Southampton.
Pros:

The swimming pool and gym was excellent and very handy to have at the hotel.
Also the location was perfect for us getting a cruise as the port is just around the corner.

Cons:

It is so noisy in the room. Ive been woken up from 6am with everyone's doors banging and babies crying. Nit a good start to a holiday!

Some good, some bad.
Pros:

Great location for cruise port.
Great staff.
Clean room , large comfy bed, large room
Food price okay.
Half price gin if you can get there in time.

Cons:

Room has woodchip wallpaper - very dated.
Shower in bath - small so water leaks out.
Breakfast and dinner very average.
Towels rough.

Far too hot to be comfortable
Pros:

Stayed here before, it is a stylish hotel with nice decor in the lounge and has a pool and small gym

Cons:

It has no air conditioning and was roasting hot in all the public areas and the room. A fan was provided but that had no real effect. The breakfast wasn’t great, coffee machine out of order so provided a flask. Pancake machine wasn’t working but despite telling staff they just left it on so multiple people went and tried to have one, wasting large quantities of ingredients

Breakfast and location good

Cons:

No wifi in room, reception already aware it wasn't working told hotel full so couldn't move. After some discussion they said they would move us. Not a good start. Also no air conditioning and this is classed as a 4 star hotel. There was a fan but was noisy OI

Gălăgia datorata amplasării camerei visavis de secția de politie, restaurantul neîngrijit cu mobilier vechi,fara aer conditionat si muste in timpul cinei, datorita usilor deschise pentru aerisire, wi fi nu functiona in camera de la etajul al treilea, era disponibil doar in holul hotelului, toaleta era intr o încăpere separata fără chiuveta.

Perfect location for pre cruise night. Staff were lovely. Catherine (reception) & Cody (bar) demonstrated genuine interest in the customer and their experience.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant, service de bagagerie, pres des terminaux de croisieres pour y accéder à pieds. Station de bus et train 10 minutes à pieds. Centre commercial, pharmacie, mc do, restauration pas loin.

Cons:

Service de blanchisserie et laverie automatique inexistants alors que mentionner dans les équipements de l hôtel. Toilette chasse d eau pas terrible. Manque une brosse pour wc. Pas de climatisation qu un ventilateur à pieds.
