NO AIRCON AND IT'S 40 DEG SUMMER HEAT IT WAS UNBEARABLE
Great stay the night before a cruise. Comfortable room for a family of four and friendly staff
Bathroom was modern. Hotel was close to the cruise port.
The food was tasteless and unhealthy; there was no a/c; no phone; furniture was old and simple; odor was bad; building was old; and although dinner was included the menu was very limited. Had to wait a long time for dinner to be served.
The location was great. We got off a cruise ship.
The room had no air-conditioning. We couldn't open the windows because we were on floor 1 and there was a function going on downstairs the noise was so loud I did complain and nothing done. We couldn't hear the TV because it would only go to 23 and that was not loud enough over the noise. Your customers booking rooms don't seem to be a priority.

Lack of air conditioning and a poor fan and windows that only opened a crack . Had a room above wedding venue very loud - late finishing . Also toilet separate from bath with no hand washing facilities in the cubicle .
