Pros:

The location is great. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast and coffee. The staff were helpful and our room was clean and spacious.

Great hotel and service. Would probably stay again
Pros:

Great location and it was perfect me and my son. Comfy rooms and hot shower

Cons:

No Fox League or Foxtel channels only local sport and news.
Had families with small children beside us that we could hear through the wall, and also directly across the hall who let their kids play in the hallway. It was not peaceful at times. Was told at check-in that breakfast was $29 but was charged $39 AUD each morning.

The lift was in the middle of being upgraded whilst we were there so it slowed down getting to and from lobby to reception and then to our room apart from that stay was great

Pros:

Location is excellent. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms we booked was a king room with a king bed and 2 singles, the singles were in a separate room, which was great for parents travelling with children.

Cons:

Pillows aren't the most comfortable.

Location is excellent. Concierge staff are great. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Poorly maintained. 3 of 5 lifts not operating. Rooms are dark and dated. Windows are dirty outside.

It was ok
Pros:

Excellent location.
The size of the room was good.
Pool area was nice.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The aircon in our room was exceptionally loud. It was noisy 24/7, even when our aircon was turned off. The noise was similar to a train going past.
The room was very old and dated, in good need of a refurbishment. Cracks around door frames, furniture appears to be original to the building.
There's minimal security as the lifts don't require keycard access, so anyone off the street could access the floors.
Considering we paid over $1600 for 3 nights, I don't feel it was value for money. I wouldn't consider this hotel until the renovations are completed.

The ducted heating was super dusty. My partner and I woke up in the middle of the night.feeling like we had swallowed razor blades.
