Great location, staff were kind, amenities outdated and wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location was fantastic, central and easy to get around to multiple locations. The staff were kind and professional.

Cons:

Very outdated, was disappointed about the amenities. The TV was old and didn’t provide any options other than free to air, we were in Melbourne for the Hilary Duff concert so was hoping to watch some movies and hype ourselves up, no streaming services and TV wouldn’t let you watch off a usb either. For the cost of the hotel I’d at least expect access to streaming apps.
Also didn’t realise our window would be into an internal building atrium space so there was no natural light and you couldn’t see what the weather was like without using two lifts to go outside

Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff

Cons:

Building itself is looking pretty run down. Lots of things were out of order and only one elevator was working which was frustrating for everyone.

Great location, really good room. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff. Room was very nice, very comfy beds and very quiet. Would definitely stay again in the future. Good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Not really a dislike, but they are doing some upgrades at the moment, so there was only one lift working. In saying that, the lift was very quick and you never had to wait long.

Comfortable convenience in the heart of Melbourne CBD
Pros:

the room temperature was perfect, the facilities were clean, stylish and spacious, the buffet breakfast was great value for money, the location was 100m from everything we wanted, and the valet parking made everything so easy.

Cons:

finding our booking at the start was confusing for reception because they couldnt find my name through the booking.com interface

Will try the Hilton instead. I'm sure their fitness facilities are 200x superior.

Cons:

The so-called 'fitness facilities' was one single cable machine in a tiny and unpleasant room, and a tray of 1-10 kg dumbbells.

I woke up with a cockroach floating in my wine glass.

The receptionist was very nearly unpleasant and snarky for no good reason.

The breakfast was overpriced by 300%.
