Pros:

Tesise giderken yanlışlıkla 2 kez rezervasyon ve 2 ödeme yapmışım. Otele bunu anlatıp yardım etmelerini rica ettik. Ön büro şefi hanımefendi ve yardımcısı Türk Ali Bey çok uğraştılar ve sonunda bir ödememizin iptalini sağladılar. O yüzden müteşekkiriz. Bir Türk olan Ali Bey olmasaydı bu derdimizi de anlatamazdık, işlem arzuladığımız gibi de bitmeyebilirdi. Çok teşekkürler İbis.

Pros:

Die lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das man auch für 1.5h ein Besuch im Fitnessstudio neben dem Hotel nutzen durfte wo keine Extra Kosten entstehen.

Cons:

Die Betten haben uns nicht gefallen da die Matratze zu hart war und das Bett hat quietscht.
