A fantastic stay! Every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cute, and comfortable, including the beds. The location is very convenient and safe. And a bonus was the delicious cafe right next door on the corner.

Great location for walking into the city or the boats on the Seine. Friendly staff, quiet, breakfast good, the room we had was good and also proper coffee in the reception to help yourself.

The location is amazing! Great hotel, clean and chic . But I also want to mention the staff, who has been so incredibly helpful. I’ve been sick during this trip and they went out of the way to my stay as enjoyable as possible. 1/1000000 recommended ! I will definitely come back

Fantastic elegant and quiet property , but near to all the sites!!! And the staff is helpful and lovely. The breakfasts are delicious. The room is relaxing and a great size. Fantastic on making arrangements and reservations. We hope to be back soon!!

Excellent! Thank you in every way! The staff went out of their way to help us. It was a well run hotel. Clean. A nice place to return to after running around Paris. We would stay there again.

I expected better for the price. We stayed for four nights and only had hot water in our shower for two of those days. The elevator didn’t work one day and we were on the fourth floor with only a spiral staircase to use. The floor of our room was dirty when we arrived and it was never cleaned. One of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain and it was never fixed while we were there. The lights in the closets flickered on and off. One of the concierge staff was always outside smoking and not available for help. The bed was comfortable, and the room a good size and generally quiet, but for the high price I can’t say that I recommend it.

Just an awesome hotel near the pool proximity of major attractions like the Louvre. The staff are super friendly and their continental breakfast is terrific. If we come to Paris again we will stay here.

We love this hotel and have been coming here for years. The staff is extremely helpful, and a member of the staff even went to the pharmacy with me when I needed assistance buying something to help my tired legs. The location is perfect because it’s central, and you can easily walk to the major attractions. Their rooms and bathrooms are attractive, and the beds are comfortable.

An A++++ hotel! Very centrally located, a great restaurant within a block that we e had breakfast and dinner multiple times. And the staff -- Camilo, Emmy and Domitille were the absolute BEST!
