It's ok but the rooms were a bit tatty in places
Cons:

Shower over the bath was awful. No room to stand and the shower riser was broken in both rooms so you had to hold the shower head all the time

Top locatie, prima en schone kamers met airco
Pros:

De locatie is echt top, op loopafstand van het Paragon winkelcentrum waar je alles vind wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben.

Cons:

Badkamers waren een beetje gedateerd, 2 liften werkten niet waardoor je vaak lang moest wachten.

Ook werd ons ontbijt aangeboden met korting maar dan moesten we in 1x voor ons hele verblijf boeken. We waren blij dat we dit niet hadden gedaan want het ontbijt was op zijn best ‘matig’ te noemen terwijl je in de buurt voor veel minder geld goed kan ontbijten.

A clean, comfortable stay overall, just let down by the endlessly slow, overcrowded elevators.
Pros:

It was clean, had everything we needed and was close to orchard road.

Cons:

Waiting for the elevators took ages. It seemed like the hotel didn’t have enough working elevators for the number of guests staying there.

Kattava aamiainen, kiva allas alue

Cons:

Muutoin erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Paitsi kirjautuessamme hotelliin sisään. Työntekijä puuhaili omiaan eikä huomioinut meitä saapuessamme. Vaihtoi tiskiä sanomatta mitään ja meidän piti seurata hänen perässään. Yleensä työntekijät ovat hyväntuulisia. Työntekijän toiminta ei vastannut tasoa, jota yleensä hotelleissa ystävällisyyden puolesta saa vastaanottaa.

The size of the connected rooms were excellent, as were the mini fridge & bathrooms.

Cons:

The main bedrooms bath, while spacious, had an open shower to the toilet & sink which made everything wet when showering & didn't allow a 2nd person to use the toilet & sink simultaneously.

L’hôtel est bien placé et le personnel est très gentil.
Le literie est confortable

Cons:

L’hôtel ne fait pas très propre. Il y a une forte odeur d’humidité dans les couloirs (en tous cas à l’étage de notre chambre). Le verre à dent de la salle de bain n’avait visiblement pas été changé et comportait une trace de rouge à lèvre.
Notre douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement (ils sont venus la « réparer » mais cela n’a pas tenu 24h).
Globalement décevant.

Clean and covered the bases. My room was a bit old though and could benefit from a new coat of paint and some maintenance.

Not that much of an issue but be aware that the road to the hotel is uphill so it will be challenging for those with heavy luggage
