Too old the water in the bathroom was leaking and pressures were not good

The location at Orchard, however this hotel located upghill, so if you there is a up and down hill distance when walking to orchard road.

Large and comfortable room and friendly staff.
The hotel reminds guests to be eco friendly but when they service the rooms they put all the lights and Aircon on while you are out which is contradictory.

It was my third stay here having first stayed when it was the former Elizabeth hotel and again when it changed to the VIBE . It lived up to expectations from previous and I gave compliments to the Manager for the well run establishment and personnel I encountered .
I elected to return particularly as those at reception were exceptional and first encounters present well .
Be it sorting out my tv to right language , promptly giving access to the room when I left my room card inside and giving help with my transport , nothing seemed too much .
The location was just a short walk away from Orchard Road ,Main shopping Mails, and easy links to the Metro system for getting around and I felt very safe on my own returning late at night on some occasions .I enjoyed the use of the hotel swimming pool and small gym for relaxation and exercise .
I will certainly look to book again next time in Singapore .

Rooms are a bit dated but overall was comfortable and pleasant.
Location is great. Room size is superb! There is a pool and a foosball machine. Staff is great and is an asset!
The breakfast was a bit crowded. They had a b1t1 breakfast promo. I find it weird that kids are not included in the promo. They are the ones who doesnt really eat much. We ended up not getting the breakfast offer because of this.
