Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück ist in Ordnung (schlechter Café, in Italien ?!)

Parkscam!
Es gibt 5-6 Parkplätze im Innenhof. Einen davon nutzten wir. Die meisten werden von den Hotelangestellten belegt. Auf der Homepage steht 30€ pro Nacht, was schon erhöht ist, ich aber keine Lust auf Parkplatzsuche hatte. Bei der Einfahrt sagte ein Mitarbeiter dann 40 € pro Nacht wegen einer Dachbox, beim Checkout waren es dann 49€ pro Nacht. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption, wie dies sein könnte und wo dies schriftlich festgehalten wird in AGBs, booking.com oder der Homepage, wurde gesagt es steht nirgends, es ist einfach so.
Die schlechten Bewertungen aufgrund der Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption kann ich bestätigen.

Otel temizdi, metroya yakındı, kahvaltısı güzeldi, odası büyüktü.

Cons:

Banyodaki duşakabin bir kişilik bile değil, duşakabine girdiğiniz zaman hareket edemiyorsunuz çok küçük çok şaşırdım.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bien, la habitación un poco pequeña pero cómoda para una estancia de 2 noches en Milán. El personal muy amable, me ayudaron varias veces con información y pedidos de taxi. Si no necesitas cercania al centro, recomiendo el hotel.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro, en principal del Duomo de Milán y la Galleria Vittorio Emanuele.

Great rooms. Not safe to park you car?
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms, especially the bathroom. Felt somewhat luxurious.

Cons:

I tried to book parking a month in advance, but that was not possible. When we arrived we were told that there were no available parking spaces since they were fully booked. I got recommended a private parking service close by since it was not recommended to park in the streets because of high risk of break in. At the private parking service I had to leave my key with them, which felt uncomfortable since it is not standard practise where I am from or in any other place I've been to. It went well anyway and since this is not related to the hotel, it will obviously not affect the score. Just helpful information to future guests.

The breakfast was not up to standard for a four star hotel in my opinion. To many pastries instead of focus on the breakfast food itself. Everything was way too sweet.
