Staff were wonderful and beds comfortable
Foxtel wasn't working for awhile so had to call for help at 11pm

Breakfast time at 10am was absolutely crazy & chaotic.......probably unavoidable but it wasn't relaxing for an elite hotel.
A slightly dated hotel, but the service which was exceptional made up for that
We paid a small fee for a room upgrade to include a view and we were not disappointed. I think for about $20 extra we had a view of the Opera House. Coincidentally, Vivid Sydney was on, so we had a view of the light show from 6-10pm for free without having to leave the comfort of our room with our toddler.

Clean, lovely staff
The cost of a baileys is atrocious! We paid $70 for two Baileys that were only about 40 mls each.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient and made it easy to access nearby shops and facilities. The bed was also comfortable, which made the stay very relaxing overall.
