Important information:

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A 1.85% credit card surcharge for credit cards is applicable for all credit card transactions.

We require a credit card pre-authorization or a prepayment of the full accommodations amount plus AU$145 per night for incidentals, for a guest to be able to check in to the hotel.

Guests who book breakfast-inclusive rate plans will receive breakfast for 2 adults and up to 2 children aged 5 and younger. Additional children under age 5 and children 6-11 years old will receive 50% off the adult breakfast price.

Please note over New Years a nonrefundable, nontransferable pre-payment is required. Floor allocations will depend on the room type and date of arrival. Guests cannot request a specific floor during this time.

Lovely hotel but need improved hygiene, refurbishment improvements and much, much better food.

Cons:

On arrival in our room, a comb covered in black hairs was next to the basin and the hairdryer was plugged in for use.
The afternoon tea in the horizon club was very disappointing with almost no choice and nothing savoury at all. Mostly just a few donuts left over from breakfast along with some scones.
The food in the Altitude restaurant was very disappointing. Overpriced for minimal meat and proteins in the meal including the moreton bay bug dish. The bread was dry and did not seem fresh. The oysters were not plump and seemed limp. They were given without lemons, even though there was a vinaigrette (with far too much onion in it). The finger limes present would have been better with the pearls removed from the skins and presented ready to use, even in a vinaigrette.

Pros:

Impressive staffing levels and facilities. Spacious room with large general space and bathroom.

Cons:

The beds were two bottom mattresses pushed together with one larger mattress on top. The middle split was noticeable.

love this hotel
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel prior and absolutely loved it
The front desk service is exceptional

Cons:

We were out until 230pm and when we returned our room hadn't been attended to.
We called and asked for this to be completed.
only 2hrs later this was completed and we were going out again
