The staff were great!!
Having to enter through the lanway after 12am. Would have felt safer entering from.the front
The location is good, the Air conditioning/heating works well and it was easy to maintain the right temperature in the room. The beds were nice and firm
There are a few things about this hotel which detract from it's posture as one of the best hotels in Price Rupert. First of all, it rains a lot in Prince Rupert, often very hard. For a hotel to not have a covered place where you can unload your car out of the rain is really LAME! The only place to unload your vehicle here is in the back alley which is poorly lite at night, amid some big puddles and with some shady people hanging about. If it's raining hard, you're going to wish that you were staying across the street at the Inn on the Harbour.
The other thing is that hotels need to get away from having carpets in the rooms. The carpet in our room really needed a good shampoo. Also, the ceiling panels were a bit askew with some of the edges showing. The second time we stayed here, the room was a bit better but didn't have a desk or chair to sit in which is inconvenient if you want to use a laptop
Hotel Staff were super-feiendly and always smiling. Basic breakfast but just what we needed and the serving staff so lovely. Room was great.

The breakfast was good and the hotel opened the breakfast room earlier than usual so we could eat before heading to the ferry

Clean and well located.
We stayed 2 nights and the room was not serviced. Only the bins were emptied. Whether we stay 2 or more nights the price is the same. The Level of service also should.
Good location following ferry trip from Port Hardy. Comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was basic.
Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kregen een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met twee bedden. Het is al een wat ouder hotel wat desondanks redelijk wordt onderhouden. Verwacht geen 5sterren, maar heel basic, snel in- en out hotel. We betaalden niet veel.
Kleine kamer met laag systeemplafond. Voelde ietwat bedompt en mist een zekere frisheid. Matras leek versleten en helde naar een kant.
Vicinanza al traghetto e stanza grande
Bagno con sedia e altra attrezzature per handicappati che prendeva solo posto. Moquette per terra non delle più igieniche. La colazione pessima : solo uova sode e waffles... Una tristezza infinita come anche il personale per niente accogliente
