Chambre très simple, pas de lumière principale dans la chambre, pas de brosse pour nettoyer les wc et les murs fins, on entendait tout ce que les employés de nettoyage crient dans les couloirs

The hotel’s central location made it easy to access the tourist attractions. The friendly and welcoming staff, along with the aesthetically pleasing hotel and entrance, created a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed.
The bathroom ventilation was broken, and the window didn’t open properly.

Staff weren't always available to serve at the bar and when I went to reception to see if anyone was serving, it was then a long wait for someone to arrive, by which time there was often a queue.
Swimming pool was freezing and not useable - very disappointing!
The property was central, love the roof terrace. Staff friendly.
The bar wasn’t open on roof terrace. The weather was really hot. Had to go downstairs to the bar then come back up with the drinks.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the rooftop bar was amazing to watch the sunset. ....I cant wait to return.
