Good except for the AC.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bread, bagels, butter, cream cheese, pastry, oatmeal, cereal, milk, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, bananas, oranges. Eggs were heavily overdone. Room was nice. Sink outside the bathroom is always great for families (although I was alone).

Cons:

The AC had some smell whenever it kicked in. This was the only actual negative in my stay.

Great place and I got a free upgrade!
Pros:

The room was clean and everything worked. It felt like home. I also enjoyed the free breakfast which I found to be of a great variety and plentiful. The staff, especially the front desk, was very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing I found I disliked.
