Comfortable for a one night stay. But the hotel needs an upgrade
Pros:

Quite grand and spacious with all facilities that one may need

Cons:

Felt like it was an old hotel. We were upgraded to a family room which had a bunk bed. That was cool. But the room and the 16th floor had a musty old smell. The furniture, furnishings, bathroom fittings all felt old

Pros:

The room i stayed in is very spacious.
Room service food options were pretty vast. I must commend their mango sticky rice. It was the best Ive tasted since arriving in Bangkok.
The staff are very proactive. For breakfast I would get up to get another plate of food and my old dishes would already be gone by the time I return to my seat. This happened a couple if times, even though I was not gone for long.
Location is not bad. Lots of walking distance shops. Although I didnt walk to these destinations much due to the heat. The train station isn't far as well if you would prefer to take public transport.

Cafe latte in the bar downstairs is good. I recommend it.

I also appreciated that the staff allowed me to check in early(ish). My flight landed 6am, and they asked me to wait until 11am before I could check in.

I trully want to commend the staff for making my birthday feel special. I wasn't intending to celebrate my birthday as I had come alone. But I arrived after a long day out to a plate of cake that said happy birthday. Thank you to the staff that had organised this 💕

Cons:

The shower amenities. I usually dont bother with bringing body wash, shampoo and conditioner as hotels usually supply these. The quality of these products in my opinion weren't that great.
The shower head needs better pressure, especially for the cold water.

Otherwise this place isn't bad at all. A little old with cracks showing in the foundation, but it is still an amazing place.

Location is fine.

Cons:

Indian food options and quality was not up to the mark. Paratha was poorly made.
Vegetarian options were limited.
Front desk calls are not attended well.

Great hotel and great value for money
Pros:

Amazing breakfast. Good location however very busy main street right out the front which makes it take a while to get places.

Cons:

The room has old furniture The air conditioning fan cannot be regulated you can't open a window in the room
The bed. And the pillows are very uncomfortable
The bathtub with a shower head is very uncomfortable to get in and out The food was okay but nothing special. A little bit overpriced for what you got especially if you order room service despite hold that the hotel seem to be very popular The swimming pool area very crowd I think if you stay for 1 or two nights maybe okay, any longer it will become annoying

Pros:

When i arrived o was given room 1005 and ot is so dirty and dated on the 10th floor I had sticky tape holding the carpet down and there was mould everywhere u. The bathroom. I went to reception to tell them how unsatisfactory my room was and Nina dealt with the situation efficiently and moved me to another floor which the room was good.i couldn't get WiFi for my total stay .location wise its right where you want to be.
I can't say I will be rushing back to this hotel because there are better ones that cost less money.
If you stay here do not order room service as tou pay more than what the price is in the menu.
