Todo, muy mala la atención el personal está trabajando de tan mal humor que llega a ser insoportable hacerle alguna pregunta el desayuno poco variado y de mala higiene. La gente de recepción es muy desagradable, pero tranquilos después de esta reseña a ustedes los atenderán mejor.

Pros:

Prijs kwaliteit was voor Amerikaanse begrippen redelijk te noemen. De kamer had volgens mij een upgrade gehad en zag er redelijk goed uit. Dit in vergelijking met andere Amerikaanse hotels in deze prijsklasse.

Cons:

De dichtstbijzijnde beach (Indian Beach) was helaas gesloten. Maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Bij het ontbijt helaas geen verse groenten zoals tomaat/paprika/komkommer of zoiets.

RUDE STAFF

RUDE STAFF!!
1st clerk did not even ask for my ID to confirm who I was.. AND THEN CHANGED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT ASKING...and when I asked why he started to argue with me . Saying he did me a favor. . 2nd clerk who told me That I was being to loud within 30 minutes of arriving..and if i ddint be quit she would kick me out.. . I AM DEF and did not want to disclose this I accecpted the rudeness and aragence as it was very late. I will not be staying at this hotel again nor will I recommend this location.

Mala experiencia en mis vacaciones
Pros:

No ! Tenía la habitación un olor muy grave a humedad el baño tenía problemas en la ducha y en la tina había olor a sewage , la alfombra olía a humedad el aire acondicionado tenía un mal olor

Cons:

La piscina estaba sucia , el ascensor no funcionaba , no había secador de cabello los baños eran asquerosos
