Disappointing Executive Experience: Unreliable Amenities and Poor Service
Cons:

This property was selected over competing hotels specifically for its advertised airport shuttle and breakfast services, both of which are vital for our corporate travel efficiency. Regrettably, the execution of both services was deeply flawed.
Our experience began with a highly unprofessional logistical failure at the airport. Following instructions, we requested a pickup at Door 20. The hotel staff insisted on a non-existent stop number, creating an unnecessary argument and abruptly cutting off our calls multiple times. After a two-hour delay, management claimed we had miscommunicated our location and refused to send the shuttle back. This forced multiple corporate guests to secure private transportation at their own expense.
Additionally, the operational hours of these amenities do not align with standard airline schedules. With early business flights departing between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, neither the shuttle nor the breakfast schedule accommodates early departures. Consequently, the key features that justified booking this property were entirely unavailable to us.
While the accommodations themselves are perfectly fine, a premium business hotel must be judged on its reliability and service. On this front, the property failed to deliver.

Todo muy bien, la habitacion muy espaciosa, la limpieza todos los dias por el personal, todas las personas muy amables y atentas, su cafe disponible siempre a cualquier hora.

Cons:

No es que no me gusto, solo un pequeño consejo, deverian de tener unas 2 o 3 maquinas mas para lavar y secar, pero las que estan funcionan muy bien, no hay queja alguna

Not so good as expected
Pros:

Bed comfortable and for my use was perfect the position: walking distance to my house

Cons:

Elevator super slow. Breakfast very limited and not good . Over pricing .
Staff in the evening shift very not so good.
Paying for permit parking.
Limited towels for a stays or 3 nights.
