Issues with the elevator.
Nos encantó la habitación, las amenidades y el desayuno muy bueno
Decía que había wifi incluido, mi esposo NO PUDO usarlo porque su dispositivo era android y la respuesta fue, android nos ha estado dando problemas, sin buscar ningún tipo de solución
Ubicación excelente, desayuno muy bueno, habitación muy cómoda y con todos los servicios, personal muy amable.
Falta un poco de mantenimiento a las áreas comunes como pasillos y ascensor.

The shower samed like it could've been a bit cleaner and the windows sill was very dusty needed to be cleaned wished I had taken photos

LOCATION
Overall esthetics and maintenance was poor. Moldy odor in rooms. House keeping was not done for the entire time we were there. Same food every day. Not the value to stay at this hotel.

Passamos uma noite neste hotel, camas confortáveis, bom café da manhã. Precisamos de auxílio para instalar o sunpass e tivemos a sorte de ter a ajuda de uma funcionária da recepção, ela foi extremamente gentil em nos ajudar, nunca esquecerei dela. Mesmo não sendo sua função, ela se colocou a disposição e conseguiu resolver o nosso problema.
Sorte desse hotel em ter pessoas assim na sua equipe.
Limpeza do banheiro, havia cabelo e sujeira pelos cantos. O quarto era escuro, pouca iluminação.
