The front desk staff was very helpful after the second complaint and moved us to another room

El ambiente de alrededor del hotel, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Desayuno bien y muy cuidado. El personal muy amable. No nos dio tiempo a usar las instalaciones pero parecían cuidadas.

Decent pit stop on our way out of Miami
Pros:

Liked the location next to the lake. Easy to find and park. Mall just a few minutes walk away with good restaurant options. Didn't stay long enough to rate the facilities.
