Enjoyable!
Pros:

It is a nice hotel located in a safe, central area. Everyone in the hotel is lovely, kind and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast and food is wonderful!

Cons:

Not many restaurants around. However, the zone T is only 10mins away by cab

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Stayed there a few times when in Bogota and always made to feel welcome.

Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Most of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was poor. This place is a 4 star hotel at a push and I've been generous by giving it a 7/10 rating.
