Overall a good hotel, but understaffed and therefore service is not of the quality one would expect.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly. The rooms and common areas were well maintained.

Cons:

When the restaurant was busy for breakfast it was understaffed and the staff couldn't keep the buffet supplied with food. The waffle maker was old and couldn't make waffles. When it broke there wss no replacement. Expected a hotel of the stature of Dann Carlton to have things in good working condition. Had a problem with another guest who was supposedly a part owner of the Dann Carlton hotels and the staff was slow to respond to the situation.

Confort y descanso pleno.
Pros:

El desayuno excelente: variado y muy rico. Me encantaron las zonas humedas, los cocteles, el personal y la comida en el restaurante. La habitación muy confortable. Volveré.

Tranquilidad, comodidad, descanso
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel en muy buen estado, igual en la habitación, todo muy limpio, agradable y comodo, ubicado en un sitio seguro, cerca a la estación del tren de usaquen. El desayuno es tipo buffet, el primer día desayunamos tarde por lo que ya habian varias cosas agotadas, el segundo día desayunamos temprano, por lo tanto alcanzamos todas las opciones, muy rico y variado. Se puede descansar delicioso ya que es muy silencioso, te ofrecen servicio de Spa. La Sra. del aseo de las habitaciones muy amable.

Not a 5 star Hotel in my opinion
Pros:

With the discount factored in it is a nice hotel and the position is good.

Cons:

heating system was not working in the room, the chairs in the room were full of stains (i hope from food), the room did not felt cleaned very well since the floor had stains too, free water was semi-hidden and had to grab one of the paid ones, sliding door of the bathroom was striding hard potentially waking up guests at night, the bar inside the bathroom was broken too, there was a "toc toc" sound going on all night long coming from the air conditioning of adiacent rooms, the socket on the desk was not working, very cheap shampoo and no hand soap, general friendliness and courtesy from staff both at the desk and the restaurant was awful, wrong invoice and wait time to get it printed (did not get it in the end, i wanted to check a pre-invoice and they said it was not possible), people in line at the desk were passing in front of me and staff was not doing anything to prevent it.
