They cancelled my booking 2 days before arrival. I contacted the property and they refused to help so I went online and booked again before I lost it. I got to hotel there was no parking available. They wanted you to pay for valet $45 a night and the valet wouldn’t give you your keys back. We had dry blood on our comforter and blanket. Asked them to replace the blankets, they gave us the duvet cover very thin and NOT a blanket. If the Valet was closed and you had to park your own car in valet and still pay the $45 a night. I definitely would NOT recommend this place at all.

Pros:

I thought the accommodations were nice, and the breakfast was good. The front staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I took the stairs down one morning to walk. When I exited the building the exit door was dragging on the concrete making it stop about half open. This was a bit concerning. Looks like the concrete slab had pushed up. Maintenance should take a look. This not to be negative but hope to help keep the facility management informed.
