Comfortable location easy access would definitely stay there again

Everything, we went cause we stayed there years ago and it’s gone down hill since then. I have been requesting a refund for a week now and still no response. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked and it was drained with nasty brown water. The rooms were hot and all they could offer was a key to another hotel pool. Highly unsatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Filthy and no food in the morning.

Room was misrepresented and single king not a double.

I had to sleep on the floor. Staff told sis they didn’t have any extra pillows or even a blanket.

Carpets were disgusting.

Hotel was not what was represented online. The photo wasn’t even the same building…used stock photo. Pool non-operational. Building looked run down. Reviews on hotel site were a lot lower than reviews on Expedia. immediately cancelled reservation and booked somewhere else after pulling into parking lot.

Rooms need upgrade - Soon.
Pros:

The staff was courteous and Always ready to help. The location was pretty convenient. The place was clean.

Cons:

The place needs an urgent makeover. The facilities are jaded and are falling apart ( for eg my flush made a noise like a banshee when operated).
The ownership really needs to invest in an upgrade.
