It was not so great.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. We were specting a little more than just cereal and bagels. They had not even boiled eggs.

Cons:

The carpet was fealty, it looks that they don't run the vacuum cleaner often, and olso the bathroom floor was dirty.
And because the hotel is very near to the freeway it is noisy.

Pros:

The room, lobby and continental breakfast was good. The staff was great.

Cons:

The spa and pool were cold. The spa didn't work at all. Asked for fresh towels and coffee, they were never delivered. Had to go back to lobby to get them.

Good value if you are looking for a place to sleep
Pros:

Good value clean and easy access to freeway

Cons:

Easy access to freeway came with lots of traffic noise at all hours and not in a hot spot location.
Stayed here 3 times now and every time the hot tub is not working when we’ve stayed its always a cold tub
Although found it seems to be common theme with mid range Phoenix hotels pools and hot tubs not working during our travels.

Not bad, not impressed at the same time. could have been better
Pros:

I was happy the hotel was big enough to accomodate my stay and the staff was friendly. I also was impressed there was free breakfast and the lobby was kept nice. The glass elevator made for nice ambience and I was able to check in fairly quickly.

Cons:

Room seemed outdated compared to the photos on here. I was also disappointed to see a roach outside my door first thing in the morning. I also was displeased with an on and off beeping noise occurring throughout random times of my stay. My last disappointment I found was that the spa tub had a drain issue that I wish was fully resolved before I entered the room and realized too late, unfortunately.
