Very clean and comfortable hotel with great staff.
Pros:

The hotel grounds were well kept. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I wish I could’ve taken the comforter and sheets home with me. 🤣

Cons:

There was a nice selection of breakfast foods and coffee was very good. However, the eggs and sausage needed a little help.

Pros:

Location was fantastic. Very easy to get to the cruise port. Lots of food choices nearby, too. We will always stay here when we're cruising out of Tampa. Staff was great as well.

Cons:

Construction next door is a little bothersome, but not too bad.

Disappointed
Pros:

I had to move to the hotel across the street.

Cons:

The heat was not working in my room. They had to transfer me across the street. I'm 71 yrs old and no one (staff) would assist me in carrying my suitcase. I was told I could use the cart which was going to be very hard to push across the street. I had to ask another person who was staying there to assist me.
