The room was clean and bed was comfortable. That's about it.

Cons:

So many things were Broken. Vending machines. Microwave. Tiles in the Hallways. Ect, Ect...

Bathrooms not stocked, floors and bedding not clean, early pool closure and no idea where to get pool towels. Staff not

Pool closes at 8. In the summer.
100 deposit requested that isn’t on booking.com when I reserved. Sheets and floor were dirty, no hairdryer ( there’s a spot for one though) , no soap in the shower. Felt like the staff was curt and watching for us to step out of the room. Four tiny pillows on a king size bed…. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not happy very disappointed ☹️

Was somewhat clean

Cons:

I was charged an additional 100$ undisclosed until the time of check in 😡never had that happen at other hotels before I’m very upset I’m a family on a fixed income. Also the tv didn’t work through most of the visit . Someone finally came to fix it at 930 pm. Also the pillows were not full size they were like something for a toddler. And the key cards didn’t work we had to go back an get another set . They said that the extra 100$ charge will go back into my account in 1 -2 business days man I hope so .
