Second room got canceled, got approved for checkout at 3pm. Then someone came and said the latest was 1pm

Horrible and racist
Cons:

I rented a 2 bed room and my nephew was traveling with us and he is african american and the manager came and kicked him out the pool because of the color of his skin so we left the room and they wouldn't even refund us and we only stayed an hour and didn't touch nothing in the room

No breakfast as advertised, microwave was broken, no hot water in bathroom, dirty towels and washcloths.
Worst of all desk clerk attempted to steal monies $112.00 from visa. When I called location to check on this charge the evening clerk confirmed there was no additional charges or damages recorded and could not explain the reason for this $112.00.

Not good.if I had information as above, could have stayed elsewhere. While under renovation,close.
Cons:

Hotel could have been cleaner. Information at check-in, nothing was working. The vending machines were out of order as well as the elevators. The room was cleaned but not well. Sleep was hard, itchy all night. There was only coffee offered for breakfast.

Never take your dog to this facility.

Cons:

The manager came into my room while I was gone and took my dog out of the room. A little tiny 8 pound dog. For no reason whatsoever I talked to the manager and he gave me the runaround about why HE TOOK HER. Got no answers on WHY.

Great price and nicely remodeled room.
Pros:

This hotel is under a major renovation. I was in a newly remodeled room which was nice, but a few shortcomings. There were alive and dead stink bugs, a coffee machine but no coffee pods, and no closet with an iron, ironing board and hangers. I requested these items and they were promptly provided. No breakfast but to-go bags and they did have fresh coffee.

Cons:

A quality check on the room before people check in. Dead bugs, no coffee pods and certain usual amenities missing like hangers and ironing items. Very nice staff. Look forward to staying again when all remodeling is complete.
